Although we had purchased insurance for the sofas, we were told that material failure was not included under the policy. Berks then suggested that we falsely claim the damage was caused by our pet. This means Berks knowingly sold discontinued merchandise, refused to stand behind the products they sell, and even encouraged us to be dishonest.

With the table we saved about 400$. The reason it's 4 stars not 5. Which to me is not a big deal. Is just the communication.. we were left in the dark most of the time. I call once a week for an update and he gives me on no problem. But with out couch it was. It'll be here this day. Now this day. Now this day. Then it shows up a week later. But. It came and that's the important thing. And I do not blame him on this. Ordering anything during COVID has been a major pain in the ass.. but, If you want to save money. This is the place. All the furniture you see in the other stores for hundreds off. We will continue to and have been getting all of our furniture from here.
