Dr. Katz and his staff have been with me for over ten years and they are excellent. Mention Dr. Katz as your primary care physician anywhere in the greater Portland area and you will hear "You're so lucky" and "I've heard he's excellent." He is well regarded in the medical community as an experienced, compassionate, and excellent doctor. To his patients, he is quite simply, the best. He truly cares about his patients, listens to them, and goes above and beyond to make sure that their health and well-being is his primary concern.

I have been treated with such disrespect, not only by the doctors, but by the nurses and head of staff. Also, I've been denied medication, my records, care for problems that are very apparent are not taken care of and ignored. I've been lied to numerous times. The emotional stress and trauma this has caused me is something that I cannot even put into words. At this point, I don't care what they think. This particular area of cmmc has been doing pretty well from what I've experienced under the circumstances, though I've needed minimal care for my child so expected appointnent are still going well here.

You can't get thru to them on the phone, they don't call you back for hours and you can't get the information you need. It took me over a week and several calls just to get a prescription refill. I love and have had my Doctor for many years but the policies and procedures and training of support staff has me wondering if I should go somewhere else.
