This is a quick review of the owner's customer service at this Fastrip gas station. Last week my…read moredad went to pump gas for his car and he accidently told the cashier the wrong pump number and someone else got his gas. He was parked on the other side of the pump but gave the number that was facing him from inside the store. The employees inside could not do anything about it. Because of his lack of English language, he called me to go and talk to the employees. In listening to our concerns the employees could not do anything about it. I spoke to the manager and she also stated that she could not help in this matter because they put gas on the pump that he requested. I then asked to talk to the owner. I was told the owner was not there and would have to call later. I was given a receipt with a number. When I dailed the number, it was only to the store. Later in the afternoon, I swung back to the gas station to see if the owner was there. Unfortunately he was not there. I then left my name and a message to the owner. The owner Lucky, called me in the morning and left me a message and his personal contact number on my voicemail. I returned his call and left a voice mail. A few days later I called him again and got the chance to talk to Lucky. He listened to me tell about my father's incident. I shared that my father has been coming to this particular gas station for the past 10 years. In addition, after the incident, my father went back in the pay for another tank of gas. Lucky was very attentive but shared with me his thoughts regarding the situation. He stated that my father was given the amont of gas that he paid for. Unfortunately someone parking at that pump pumped the gas and drove away. This is a situation where it's a loss for him and his store no matter what. At the end of this experience, Lucky, the owner listened, understood, and met my father halfway. Lucky took a loss for his business and was willing to credit half of what my father lost during his transaction the next time my father went to pump gas again at the Fastrip. Today, I called Lucky back letting him know my father was going to go back to pump gas at the Fastrip. As we entered the store to pay for gas, Lucky had already notified his employees that we were coming. It was a quick and easy transaction. The verdict, Lucky is a great person to work with in resolving customer issues. He gave his personal contact number instead of his business number. He picked up his calls instead of ignoring them. Lastly he worked with the customer and took a loss to his business to be able to keep a loyal customer. Now he had earned another customer.

Definitely won't be coming back, unfriendly cashier very careless needs more customer serviceread more

It…read moreis located at a busy corner at the SW corner of Belmont and Van Ness, just north and around the corner from the 99 entrance. There are three entrances which is going to be very convenient for drivers. Our son is excited to have good quality Chevron diesel for his truck close to the house. Gas prices were very reasonable and competitive ($3.89 for regular unleaded) - curious if that's going to be permanent or just promotional since they're new. As a neighbor, I'm not too excited about additional traffic or the negative impact to locally-owned competing businesses in the nearby blocks. Oh well. Oh, have to mention the Art Deco style of the building which does fit in with some of the neighborhood. We stopped by last night to get a couple gallons of water on our way home. The place is new so very clean and organized. There is a Subway counter, Rare Earth coffee with pastry case and counter and tables and chairs for eating inside - impressive. Not sure the Subway is open yet; it was dark and not opened but that might have been because it was 7pm. The pastries in the case actually looked good lol.

The AMPM has all kind of goodies including crushed ice and a very modern high tech computer soda machine. You get to touch what kind you want and you can even add cherry after getting the crushed ice! Really great! They also have tons of great snacks, coffees, ice cream, different alcohols and so much more! I bought gas and two diet sodas with the crushed ice and cherry! Yum! ;)~ The store is really great and the worker was kind. Great gas station and AMPM! Highly recommended!

About time. I have been waiting for a gas station with a store on this side of town for a long…read moretime. The store has lots of gas pumps and a large convenience store with hot food, cold drinks, and everything else you could want. There also seems to be a space for a restaurant to go in next to the am pm and I hope it's good cause I always seem to be in this area and I hate to wait to get gas and a drink in fresno.

This location is only about 7 minutes from the Fresno/Yosemite International Airport which is very convenient for travelers. I thought because of the proximity to the airport the gas would be very expensive but the price was very competitive compared to other gas stations in the area. The store was also very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great experience and would definitely recommend to all travelers!

Make sure you check the price on the pump because on March 29th, 2026 I gas-up at this Shell station And on their advertised sign, it says $6.29 per gallon for using credit/debit card. When I was pumping (Pump #2) gas, I noticed the price on the pump says (see photo evidence) $6.39 instead of the advertised price of $6.29. THIS IS FALSE ADVERSTIEMENT (Violantion of CA State Laws: SB-1524 section 1770). I will be filing a complaint with the state, otherwise they may continued to rip-off consumers.
