From the very beginning, the entire team demonstrated outstanding communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to high-quality workmanship. Nick, the owner, runs the company with integrity, professionalism, and a clear passion for the electrical industry. His knowledge of both traditional electrical systems and modern EV charging solutions is impressive, and it's obvious he takes pride in ensuring every project is completed safely and correctly. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and makes customers feel informed and confident throughout the process. Kassie, the co-owner, is equally wonderful to work with. She is attentive, organized, and incredibly responsive. Scheduling, updates, and follow-up communication were seamless because of her dedication to customer service. It's rare to find a company where you feel truly valued as a customer, but Kassie makes that happen effortlessly. A special recognition also goes to Cody, who is clearly one of the most trusted electricians on the team. His work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Cody arrives on time, works efficiently, and maintains exceptionally high standards in every aspect of his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time. His knowledge of electrical systems and EV-related installations gave me complete confidence in the quality and safety of the work being performed. What stood out most about Sabrius Electric was their punctuality and reliability. They showed up exactly when promised, communicated clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner without cutting corners. Their expertise with EV chargers and modern electrical technology is especially valuable in today's rapidly evolving market. If you are looking for an electrical company that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Sabrius Electric. Nick, Kassie, and Cody have built a team that truly sets the standard for excellence in the electrical industry.

He stated he was unaware of what had happened to my ceiling. He wanted to schedule someone to come out and take pictures, which honestly boiled my blood. I refused to let that happen again. Instead, I offered to send him pictures, which he agreed to. I promptly sent them accepted via email. He confirmed receipt. About a week later, I was wondering if I'd ever hear back. The next day, he called and said he would find a dry waller. A week after that, he found a dry waller and called to ask about my availability. I told him just book a date and a time with the dry waller and tell me what it is. I was trying to be as flexible as possible, to facilitate the repair. A couple days later he called and gave me the appointment date and time. The dry waller was on time. The job was completed in about three hours and it looks pretty good. Afterward, Jim called again to see if I was pleased with the work and mentioned painting the area. I declined the offer for painters, since I don't have any matching paint and I don't want to take the time to be there for another subcontractor. The hole is fixed; it can be painted later. I appreciated his gesture for the painters though. The incident occurred on Monday, November 15, 2021 and was repaired on Friday, January 21, 2022. Just over two months to get it fixed. I understand there were a few holidays in between those dates, so that's why I was being as flexible about it as I possibly could. At this point, I don't know if I'd hire them again, but at least I can say they came through in the end and made amends.

My generator has not been performing its weekly exercise as it should. I contacted Kohler directly with a video and they confirmed it needed service. I contacted GenStar (I have an annual service plan with them) and they sent a tech out who did not understand the issue and did not really listen to me attempting to explain it. Instead, he started the generator running on full load (which it does just fine) and then turned it off and said I needed to call someone to replace the pressure gauge on the propane input. I had a tech from Ferrellgas out who tested the gauge and said it was in perfect working condition. GenStar then sent another tech out who once again started up the generator on load and said it was fine. At this point I'm two service call charges into the fiasco. I thought an email might be more effective in conveying the actual nature of the generator's issue. I composed and sent an email on 4/13/25. Waited a couple of days, no response. Re-sent the email on 4/18. No response. Sent it a third time on 4/24. No response. I called on 5/7 and spoke to a woman who said she didn't know how to access their email account but would have the "new" service manager call me. No one ever called me back. I called again, today, 5/15 and spoke to Rodrigo who was very difficult to understand. He said he was trying to find the "notes" and then said he couldn't find the notes and asked me to tell him what was going on. I was fairly certain I was getting pulled down the same rabbithole of miscommunication so I hung up. I called back and spoke to Frances who also could not access either my email or any notes on my account. She said they had two new managers including the new service manager and that, while she could only help me with annual maintenance, she would contact the service manager and have them call me. At this point, I doubt I'll ever hear from anyone and I will start looking for another generator service company. Be cautious if you decide to employ this company, I'd hate for anyone else to have the terrible experience that I have had.

Kept calling them to find out when project would be started. Finally informed in late November AFTER I called them that I was scheduled for December 20. No verification with me that the date around holidays was ok. Called the business day prior to December 20 to verify they were still coming. Was then informed date was moved to January 8. Again, no communication with me to confirm date. I have asked supervisor to contact me around scheduling issues and received no response. There have been 2 additional dates given for testing where I was told to expect someone where nobody showed up. The latest issue is I called on Friday 1/19 to report they had damaged my neighbor's sprinkler. Was informed someone would be out Monday 1/22 between 8 and 10 to repair. They were also to do a final testing of my new system. Again, a no show. Just received call this AM, 1/23, informing me that they would need to contact a third party irrigation specialist to repair the sprinklers. Rationale is that they didn't have a contract with my neighbor. I understand that. However, they should have arranged with third party irrigation company when I called on Friday.
