My neighbors used All Flooing USA & Cabinets on Narcoossee Rd, so I went to see what they had. Jose Rivera was informative and showed me products that would fit our needs. He came to the house the next morning, measured and gave us a very fair price. The floors were ripped out and new floors installed the next week in a few days. Alex the installer and his helpers worked super clean, efficient and stayed steady. Their craftsmanship is astounding, our floors are beautiful! I had the pleasure to meet Mario another member of the organization. All were super professional, easy to talk to, Alex would explain some steps along the way. In closing, this Veteran owned company has my business, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you everyone at All American USA! Debby Jones

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE: Our Experience With GVC Hauling & Construction, LLC -- Marie Turner and Nate…read moreGuzman I want to share our extremely disappointing experience with GVC Hauling & Construction, LLC, in hopes of preventing other Tampa-area homeowners from experiencing the same financial stress, frustration, and lack of accountability. THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT On July 6, 2026, we signed a $50,000 contract for a complete condominium renovation. The contract explicitly required: * 50% ($25,000) upfront. * The remaining 50% ($25,000) upon substantial completion. We paid the initial $25,000 as agreed. During the renovation, we also paid an additional $8,000 toward cabinetry, which is now in dispute. On October 3, we paid another $10,000 after being told that additional money was necessary for work to continue and be completed. That represents $43,000 in payments associated with a $50,000 renovation contract, yet substantial portions of the project remain unfinished. INCOMPLETE RENOVATION To be fair, GVC performed some work, including demolition, removal of existing ceilings and flooring, drywall repairs, and painting. However, substantial contracted work remains unfinished, including: * Installation and completion of the master bathroom renovation. * Replacement of all windows and the door. * Renovation and finishing of the garage. * Patio repairs and finishing work. QUESTIONABLE ACCOUNTING AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY One of our biggest concerns has been the financial accounting provided by GVC. When we began questioning the amounts attributed to completed work, Marie presented figures that, in our opinion, appeared arbitrary, inflated, and unsupported by actual documentation. We repeatedly requested itemized invoices, actual receipts from subcontractors, and documentation substantiating the amounts she claimed had been spent or earned. Despite these requests, we have not received the subcontractor receipts necessary to independently verify these charges. CONCERNS REGARDING CONTRACTOR LICENSING As we became increasingly concerned about the financial accounting and handling of the renovation, we requested proof of contractor licensing. Marie had represented to us that both she and Nate Guzman were licensed contractors. However, despite repeated requests, she has failed to provide documentation verifying the contractor licenses she claimed they possessed. We are not asserting that they are unlicensed, but the failure to provide the requested verification raises serious concerns, particularly given the scope of construction work involved. THREATS TO STOP WORK UNLESS MORE MONEY WAS PAID When we began questioning the financial discrepancies and requesting documentation, the situation deteriorated further. Rather than providing the transparency we requested, Marie threatened to discontinue the renovation unless additional money was paid. This was particularly concerning because our original written contract explicitly stated that the remaining balance was due upon substantial completion, which had not occurred. We had already made substantial additional payments in good faith to keep the project moving. DISCOVERY OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION We subsequently discovered that Florida's official Sunbiz records list GVC Hauling & Construction, LLC (Document #L25000307281) as administratively dissolved effective September 25, 2026, for failure to file an annual report. This occurred while our renovation was still underway, and we were never informed of the company's change in status. Although corporate registration and professional contractor licensing are separate matters, this discovery added to our concerns about the company's transparency and business practices. WHERE THINGS STAND What should have been an exciting home renovation has become an exhausting and financially stressful experience. We have repeatedly attempted to resolve these issues directly, requested reasonable financial documentation, and made substantial payments in good faith. Instead, we are left with an unfinished renovation, disputed accounting, unanswered questions regarding contractor credentials, and threats to discontinue work unless additional funds are provided. We are now pursuing appropriate avenues to protect our financial and legal interests. MY ADVICE TO OTHER HOMEOWNERS Before hiring any contractor, independently verify their licensing with Florida DBPR, check their corporate status through Sunbiz, confirm required permits, and insist on a clearly defined payment schedule. Most importantly, do not feel pressured into making additional payments outside the terms of your written agreement. Homeowners deserve contractors who honor their agreements, provide transparent accounting, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience with GVC Hauling & Construction, LLC. I am sharing our experience so that other homeowners can make informed decisions before entrusting a contractor with their home and hard-earned money.

DO NOT rent from bahia property management if you care about your health and safety. I can make a…read morehorror movie about how bad my experience had been renting from bahia property management, let's start with bahia moved me into a unit knowing that it had chronic sewer line clogs which caused everyone's urine and poop in the neighborhood to be backed up into my unit constantly. The third time I advised bahia about the sewer line clogs bahia decided to harass me by falsifying multiple 7 day notices and placing them on my door. Everyone knows I'm terrified of dogs , bahia gave me a 7 day notice to vacate or remove my dog , WHICH I NEVER HAD. When the Harassment didn't work to get me to leave ( couldn't leave due to remote work rules) bahia decided to move thieves and dealers right next door to me to super Harass and stalk me. My packages started getting stolen , I was being watched right from their window blinds, bahia was informed and they did nothing but make the situation worse by telling the neighbors that I complained. I went through grown men stalking me , they would watch through the window and come outside exactly when I came outside to stare at me with anger. Bahia ended up telling me that the grown man who was stalking and stealing from me was NOT ON THE LEASE!!! now I have a new enemy because they know my name from stealing my packages yet I have no clue who they are because most of the people living there were NOT ON THE LEASE, they can be predators, or worse, who knows ?? Im leaving out a ton of bad experiences I had with bahia because I don't want this review to be super long. Bahia broke the florida law to illegally evict me during the pandemic while I was pregnant last year, they stopped with their temporary fixes maintenance requests and forced me to move because they didn't like that I told them that I don't feel safe. Now they've waited over a year to put a bogus claim on my credit hoping that I lost all of my evidence, even after they kept my full security deposit, sorry bahia property management you're very wrong and made another extremely bad choice
