They were still in the other location a few blocks away before they built this building. It's been that long. EVERYONE here is amazing. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. The dental hygienists are all amazing and calm up down instantly. They even take care of younger children. There used to be a children dentist on premises but they moved their offices. That is fine because they treat the kids. I have seen several of the other doctor in the practice and haven't had any trouble. They have always gotten me in right away when I have had a problem and they work with your out of pocket cost that aren't picked up by the insurance company. The offices are always well kept and clean. They have just added a new drink station for patients. I couldn't ever think about going anywhere else. There is no need to. They are the BEST!

They called me three times to get my insurance information and then when I showed up they said they still haven't heard from my insurance. I call my insurance and they don't have on record them calling in. They then tell me I have to reschedule because they don't have what they need. I am in excruciating pain and have waited a week to get in to their office. I live 45 minutes to be seen then was told I have to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee. Avoid at all possible, they do not care about the patient, only their wallet.

The first part of my visit involved scans and X-Rays to establish care and then they were able to take care of my hygiene. I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at this dentist office. When I called to…read moreschedule my appointment, no one informed me that the practice had been sold to a new doctor and company. Nothing was mentioned over the phone or when I arrived. While I was in the chair, I even brought up my previous dentist by name, and all I was told was, "He's not here." There was still no explanation that he was no longer part of the practice. I didn't find out the truth until after my appointment, when I was checking out and asked if he would be available for my next visit. The front desk finally told me, "He is no longer at the practice." At that point, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that this wasn't communicated upfront. The bedside manner was also very poor from both the doctor and the hygienist. They were rough, cold, and showed no warmth or compassion. When I expressed pain during an injection, instead of showing concern, I felt criticized for reacting. No patient should be made to feel that way. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Patients deserve to be informed when ownership and providers change--especially before treatment. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and completely let down. I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I brought my mother there to get new dentures and she was told that the adjustments were free for life. Only actual breaks would be charged for. Today they told her that the other girl was wrong and the adjustments are only for one year. I like the office and the staff. But if I needed any other major work, I would consider my options. I really felt that they should have accommodated me since I told them on the phone what I was coming for and they did not tell me I was out of warranty.
