He offered to come back and walk through with us, and promised to come back for any additional touch up. He followed through. He did not paint cabinets in the kitchen area cabinets in the garage area,he agreed to paint there too, but he did not paint. from the day one we did not have good experience with him and his team. on every point we need to show him the defects and then he will repaint the area. his team members- except one, others did not know how to paint. one time, adrian accepted that they are not taking enough paint. on asking them, all signaled that they don't understand the language. once he came with a guy- forgot his name, who was very rude to my wife and later that evening, one of his team members, told my wife that he was a criminal and spent some time in prison. he agreed to paint whole home for $ 4500.00. with $ 200.00 for moving the stuff and difference of the paint. in the end, while i was away, he charged extra $ 250 to paint the frames of the doors. his staff members requested my wife to pay as she has doctor's appointment. she gave her full payment thinking that she will come next day to finish. next day i texted him some pictures showing his shitty work and the stuff scattered all over. requested him to come and finish the problems. once hr hanged up wh ile talking to my wife. in short , my opinion about mr. ramos and his team is very poor performance, cheater and not sticking to his own words. i am still trying to text him more pictures so that he can come and rectify all the defects. i suggest to all the people who are planning to hire this guy, please stop and look for another painter. i will again try to contact him and if he does not respond, the he will be responsible for the consequences. prem

I contacted Custom Concepts Painting to get an estimate for painting our home. It was a green that…read morewasn't our favorite. Ryan gave us an estimate using information on our house from the internet. They have had to use this method since Covid prevented in person meetings. We have moved so much that neither one of us has ever had a house painted! So, this was a big undertaking and it was very stressful for me to pick a color that we would live with for a long time! We did want to meet with Ryan to discuss what was included in the estimate and get help with picking a color. Ryan came out and we met outside to be safe for all. He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained it so we felt comfortable with him. He had a giant book of all the colors of Sherwin Williams exterior paint-making it very difficult. We picked one set but it had green highlights in the sunlight. Who thinks about the colors that make up brown (red yellow and blue which makes red (rose) and yellow + blue gives green highlights). Once, I understood the color makeup, I found a balanced color without green or rosy highlights. Two of the team came out the night before to power wash the house to prepare it and put a sealer on it so paint wouldn't soak it so far and also create a water-resistant layer . The second day, a team of 5 came out. They are a well-oiled machine. Everyone has a different job and they work extremely hard. They all could answer questions and gave me information that was important. Thanks to Jack, E, Miguel, Tiffany and Rodo for the job they did. We're they perfect? There was some paint and tape around after the job was done. The business definitely needs to help the customer by answering questions. But the value for the price was with me getting some exercise in picking things up and cleaning. I would definitely have them back again! Things to do if I ever painted a house again... I would definitely take more time to pick a color. You can get a pretty large square of the color (colors) for body, trim and highlight trim that you're considering and put in on the house to see the color in different lighting and in different locations. 11/29/21 10 photos

From initial contact with my RFP to completion of this project, it was a pleasure to work with Ryan and his team of painters. A large project, Ryan did everything to ensure 36 home owners and the Board was more than satisfied with the quality of work. And we were. The crew was on time, quiet and respectful of the families living here and cleaned up at the end of each day. Ryan went out of his way to make small structural repairs that our senior residents didn't complete so the painting would go smoothly. There wasn't one resident complaint and that says so much. We used Sherwin Williams paint and now 10 yrs later, no peeling and minor fading. in fact a neighboring section of 36 villas asked who did our job and they too, used Custom Concepts as their painter of choice with the same experience and results. His bid for the contract was competitive and well worth every penny. I would highly recommend Custom Concepts Painting for any painting job. You won't be disappointed. J Hart, Village Green
