I have been with Centra Dental for 10 years with Dr. Ahn and with 3 implanted teeth. I am happy with their jobs, service and price. Recently 2025 I had to redo one of my implanted due to bone loss underneath. The other two are OK. They gave me discount to redo the tooth. We just finished on March 19 2026 and the process is smooth. They updated their equipment to new technology so the new tooth fit perfectly. They offer free annual checkup for the implanted customer so this time I will check every year to be sure. The bonus is their office is nice and clean. I have been coming to Central Dental for 4 years for my regular cleaning twice a year. I've always had positive experiences with the front desk staff and also the individuals who did my cleaning. This year, I chipped my molar and lost a good chunk of the tooth. The crown on my implant came off, so I asked about the price to have it recemented. Even though it was just a simple recementing job, they quoted me $650. They said they needed the implant specifications and an X-ray, supposedly to justify the cost -- but it felt more like an excuse to charge extra and take money from patients. At another U.S. implant dental clinic, I had the same problem fixed for $150. It seems like Central Dental Clinic is only interested in taking money out of patients' pockets. read more

This is a follow up upon completing my 3rd implant @Central Dental Group, which presented complications that were not a medical issue with previous two implants. Dr. Anh was completely thorough in evaluating my medical situation. Dr.Anh with his education & years of medical experience is truly a SME & had a aired on the side of caution. This meant a year delay in the final phase of my implant. Using latest technology he would test bone implant integration periodically prior to fitting abutment & crown. I have had quite a bit of work done" implants" in the last 7 years. I am 82 and to be thruthful I never took care of my dental health. Last month I went in at 9AM to show that one of my canines had broken off for no apparent reason. Dr, Ahn took me in immediately, took ex-rays and found I had bigger problems. He scheduled me for 3PM and he and another doctor worked till 7PM to start some severe implant surgery, extract lower 5 teeth. No fun. Since then I have had several implants and other dental work done by them. I have recommended my family members, friends and neighbors. I have had two implants done at Central Dental, one about 10 years ago and the other in the past year. I have been satisfied with the work and no problems with the implants. On the latest implant, I went outside my Delta Dental insurance to use Dr Ahn instead. Delta Dental was setup so that the dentist would do the extraction, put in a "bone graft", wait three months, only then allowed to see a surgeon, who would drill out that bone graft, put in the implant and a new bone graft, wait three more months, then the cap and crown later. Using Central Dental, Dr. Ahn did the extraction and implant the same visit. The cost was actually about the same as the out of pocket costs I would have to pay the dentist and surgeon in the insurance plan! So, I saved three extra months of an Alfred E Neuman gap tooth smile! read more

I've been coming here for about 6 years. It's located in a convenient location and the office is clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and the appointments are typically punctual. Overall they do pus ha bit for non-urgent procedures, but not too aggressive. At the begging they were pushing me for whitening, then wisdom tooth extraction. I think the quality of their treatment is not bad, but I did have a crown installed which fell off in less than 3 years. Then I had to pay out of pocket as the insurance only pays every 3 years. I recently found out that they waited and actually filed with my insurance the following year and got paid out. When I called them to let them know that I paid out of pocket the year earlier, they can't find that transaction and told me they can't do anything. I'm not very happy that they're double charging for the the same procedure, and I can't prove it as my FSA card doesn't keep transactions more than 1 year. read more

I am most afraid of needles, pain and blood! Thanks to Dr Ahn, I've found the best golden hands of the world! I felt no pain (no, actually like the bite of a littlest ant), saw no blood (of course), and no needles. All kidding aside, as scared as I was when I sat in the chair, I left the office still amazed with the experience. He made it so smooth, as if it's just a simple operation, though I know it's not the case!
