We have been coming here for years, and there has not been anything but great service and care. The facility feels like a spa. The team is always friendly and customer service oriented. The ambiance is filled with positivity from the team there. It makes me uncomfortable when I have to get dental and medical work done amongst a team that speaks badly of eachother. You don't get that here. They always work with you to see if insurance will cover as much as you need. They don't try to upsell you. They sincerely call to check on you. I've worked with 2 doctors here and both were outstanding and consistent. I was asked multiple times throughout my visit if there was anything they could do to make my dental visit comfortable and if I had any concerns. I had a partial made 7 months ago that the office lady Amber talked me into, told me my insurance company would not take care of this and so I paid out of pocket also told me how great it was going to be. A tooth on the partial looked as though it had 2 cavities, which I thought was impossible. Then it broke off. I went in and the dentist said "oh yes this is impossible to fix and it's under warranty, we'll have to make a whole new one , And he left the room. But when the office lady , came in, she said, No this is not under warranty and you will have to buy a new one out of your pocket. Again your insurance company will not pay for this . The price was three times the amount I paid for the first one, 7 mos. ago. Being a senior ,I'm on a fixed income. There's no way I could pay for that. The part that really upsets me is, I did not want to buy it in the first place and the office lady Amber told me How bitchin' the new one will be, it would never break this is flexible and you will just love it, told me I'll never have to buy another. Which was a crock of BS. They are very very deceptive and money hungry. They are not out to help you, IN my opinion, they are feeding their own pockets, and not passing on the warranty that the lab gives out. I should have known because from the very start I had a problem with Amber. She was not calling me back or telling me that she was getting information from my insurance company. which I was in contact with and they were telling me they were in contact with Amber, I ended up having to do a three-way conversation with Amber and my insurance lady, it was all very sketchy. Upon leaving there, a gentleman was sitting by the door, told me they have sucked him dry and he is in the middle of the Dental work and cannot stop until it's finished. But he said they were very deceptive with him too. He feels stuck. I would not go here unless you have a pocket full of money. She was professional, patient, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. You can tell she truly cares about the work she does and about her patients. She's particular with her work and I have the most utmost confidence in her. She scheduled my oral surgery and was upfront about the cost, and all of the expectations. She even worked with my insurance and explained all the details. I cannot praise enough how thorough she is. Brianna, her assistant, is very sweet and friendly and makes the experience comfortable. I went in for an emergency root canal and got it resolved the same day when all other dentist were telling me I had to wait for at least 2 weeks to 1 month.
