Not only did they agree to see her, but they put in the extra effort to work with our out of network insurance. The staff went to great lengths to rearrange their schedules and got her seen by the doctor the same day. They were able to schedule her for her extraction the very next day. Every staff member we encountered was kind, caring, and hard working. They made sure my daughter was comfortable at all times, and that she wasn't scared at all, despite the situation. A week prior I was in for a cleaning and what I greatly appreciate it is that they took into consideration that I am a Marine Corps combat veteran with PTSD and they annotated my record to provide me an anesthetic that does not make your heart rate go fast. Most importantly, I would like to thank Dr. Kong and his dental assistant Brenda because they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
