So they did and two weeks later they called me and said I could come pick it up. I paid another $60 or so at pick up. So now I've paid over $100. I get my laptop home and it was actually worse than it was before. I'm not sure what they did to it, but the laptop was completely unusable. I called them and told them what was happening and the man on the phone was really nice and said to just bring it back in and they would take care of it. I brought it in on April 17th after having it for only a few days of not being able to use it. I didn't hear anything for almost a month. On May 12th, I got a text saying my laptop was done but I was out of town so I had to wait until I came back to pick up. When I got back, they were asking me for an additional $150. When I questioned the price being that I already paid the first time I brought it in and it wasn't fixed, I was told that she was going to text someone about it and get back to me. I waited there for about twenty minutes before I had to leave for work so I left the laptop and was told they would call me about what whoever she was texting said about the price. After two weeks I never heard from them so I called and left a voicemail to see what was going on but was never called back. I finally went back today, after almost two months of having dropped it off originally. They knocked $60 off the price but I still had to pay an additional $90. So now I've spent over $200 on repairing my laptop yet it STILL is giving me issues. I highly do not recommend this overly expensive place. --- adding an update a few days later, but also I lost almost all of my files when they told me that nothing would be missing.

So I dropped off my PC right before thanksgiving to have a new power supply installed was told it…read morewould take anywhere from 3-5 business days for them to do it all. So I paid $80 for the diagnosis to make sure that's what was wrong with the PC. And left it in their hands. I waited 6 business days to call the shop for an update on my rig for them not to be able to give me one because the tech was out so, I had to wait another day for the tech to call me back. Once the tech called he told me that he should have called me a few days ago but he got busy and just put my pc on the shelf and forgot about it. The news he had to share though was that my new power supply was too large for my case and would not fit. His suggestions were he could leave the new power supply in but let it all hangout the back with no back panel or he could put the old power supply back in and put the new one in the box so I could return it and get a smaller power supply. I asked if I could just get a new case that was larger and move everything to that. He stated that I could but said that I should really just get a new power supply. I asked him if I could think about it and fall back he said sure. I tried calling back and could not reach the tech so had to leave a message for the tech to call me the next day well guess what he didn't call so I had to call again leave another message for him to finally call. I told him I was going to just get a new case because I would like to have the larger power supply. He called back later and left me a message stating he just really didn't want to deal with that and if I wasn't going to get the new power supply I can just come get the pc. So I went later to get the PC for it only to be taken apart with the new power supply just hanging off the back because it didn't fit in the case. Furthermore when I got home I noticed I was missing the power cable that I dropped off which was just an added bonus to everything that it wasn't returned to me. So overall I highly don't recommend this business and being that this is the only repair shop in Kearney indulged you just make the 45 min drive to Grand Island and get work done there as they have several shops willing to do the actual work you request. The techs name was Mike I believe in the store who I dealt with.

So I finally got the new Apple Big Sur software update loaded into my MacBook Air several days ago,…read moreand it shut down to nothing except a black screen and intermittent Apple logo. After trying about 4 different reload, clearing, and reset suggestions from Apple and other internet sources...I took it to Computer Hardware. Took their tech guy about 2 days to 'break the code'. Apparently is a bug which probably has been repaired by Apple now. Lots of folks besides myself have had same problems with the new update. I am sure glad Computer Hardware is here with great tech people and I didn't have to send off to Apple for repair.
