She gave me the installation cost, (very fair price). Scheduled a time for Chris to come by to do the installation. I purchased the new toilet from a local home improvement store and had it delivered to the house in Nipomo,CA. Chris arrived on time. Removed the existing toilet, installed the new toilet, cleaned up the install area and hauled away the old toilet. Chris has a great work ethic. We also asked Chris about a shower remodel that we have been thinking about. Chris gave us several ideas of what we could do and range of costs Chris is a real nice and honest guy. We would definitely recommend Chris and Freedom Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

We cannot recommend Justin Plumbing highly enough!…read more After our main water line burst, we were without water for 36 hours. We initially called another plumbing company that came out, charged us for the visit, couldn't locate the leak, and told us we'd need to hire a separate leak detection company before they could even begin repairs. Then we called Justin Plumbing, and the experience was completely different. Their consultation was free, and Justin and his crew found the leak almost immediately. They clearly explained the problem, walked us through all of our repair options, and showed us exactly what needed to be done. The repair was extensive, requiring concrete to be cut and removed before fixing the broken main water line, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally. To top it off, their quote was nearly half the price of the first company, and they completed the work much faster than we expected. Throughout the entire process, Justin and his team were honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly professional. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent communication, and quality workmanship so well. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber, Justin Plumbing is the company to call. We are so grateful for their outstanding service and would recommend them without hesitation!

Sharing our experience specifically regarding after hours pricing. We had a customer call for an…read moreafter-hours water leak. The total invoice was $698 for approximately 15 minutes on site: $199 for the after hours service call and an additional $499 to turn a ball valve back on. As a fellow service contractor, I completely understand the added cost of providing after-hours service. Technicians deserve to be compensated for leaving their families and responding outside normal business hours. That said, I felt $499 on top of a $199 after-hours fee for turning a valve was more than excessive. I called the owner directly hoping we could have a contractor to contractor conversation about the charge, but he was unwilling to make any adjustment. We paid for the service and take responsibility for why the plumber was needed. My concern is simply the pricing, and I think potential customers should be aware of what an after-hours call can cost.
