Fast service. Good communication with the team. Had two separate projects completed with great results and prices.

very easy to use.His system is extremely set up well. A quick response and good service.

I have had excellent service with Tito's twice now. One was to install a new water softener system and the other we had a pipe break under ground and they were out the same day handling it with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them for anything. read more

Tito's Plumbing was prompt professional, reliable, and reasonable from the start. So far in my home they have done a re-pipe underneath the foundation, ran shower drains and valves and just installed a TANKLESS WATER HEATER, which has already proven to be much more efficient. No more wasting energy keeping a full water heater hot! Tito's is also helping us get our rebate for the tankless water heater and the tax credit which made it affordable for us. We are remodeling our home and next we will have Tito's Plumbing over to run a drain and water lines for our laundry room. Quality without compromise is what Tito offers. I not only recommend them, but I will never use a different plumber now that I have found Tito's. read more

I can't say enough once again today great things about this company! From start to finish, the service was topnotch. The team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They arrive on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency when it came to pricings. No hidden fees, no surprises just fair, reasonable prices for quality work. In an industry where that can be rare, it's so refreshing to find a business that really values integrity and customer satisfaction. I have been contacting Tito for going on 4 years for all my plumbing issues. They have handled each one with care and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of trustworthy, skilled, and fair prices pluming services. Thank you again for the amazing service!! read more

I'm from out of the area and was called in to provide support services for the Lake Fire. My water tanker broke down day 3. I needed parts and service so I could get back on the line. Tito's Plumbing went out of their way, and took time out of his day to find the unconventional parts. All at what I thought was a more than fair price. He is a very skilled and hardworking young man. Thank you, I highly recommend. read more

Called Tito's and was quoted $140 total for the job. His charge is $140/hr. Their worker arrived at our driveway at 1:22pm but chilled in their car and didn't get into the house until 1:29pm, but he started charging us since 1:22. Thought I wouldn't know but we had him clocked in our video doorbell. Went to his van twice to get tools that took him about 10 minutes or more of our time. Tools he gathered did not require that much time. Like a ladder. Finished the job with 10 minutes left before the hour then he went back to his van to write up our "bill". He stayed out there until it passed the 1 hour mark and charged us an extra 30 minutes. We didn't even see the bill he supposedly wrote up. He just showed us his phone calculator app with the amount. Texted the number to complained about our experience. Tito's was nice enough to make things right and charge us the right amount. But then he said to never call them for their service again. Shady business practice and rude. Would not recommend. read more

I had an underground water leak late in the evening, called Tito's plumbing and got a quick response to offer to come out and help turn off the main water supply. The next morning Juan came out and discovered the elbow connected to the main water line was cracked, he already had another job that morning but took time to come out to find the problem first and promised it will be taken care of by this afternoon. He kept in contact the whole time and by afternoon my water leak problem was fixed. His price was fair and he did a great job, I would definitely call Juan for any future plumbing issues. Thank you for the quick responses and a great job. Wayne read more

Tito was very quick to respond when we needed a small plumbing job done and he was out there that same day. He was great to work with and did an excellent job. We'll be calling him for any future jobs we need done! read more

Tito's Plumbing was recommended to us by our handyman that did not have the expertise or tools to fix our toilet. It was leaking around the base as a result of an old root system that grew around and then inside our rental's master toilet bowl. Very creepy, ha. Tito came out, snaked the toilet, then scoped / video'd it (like a colonoscopy) to see if the roots had broken the pipe. It turned out that the roots hadn't, so we will remove the old plants and roots outside that are impacting the plumbing. Tito came out the very same day, with all the equipment needed, and charged far less than expected. He was very nice, professional, and happy to help. He is relatively new, so able to come out quickly. He comes from Santa Maria, but serves San Luis Obispo, where our rental home is. Nice guy, great job, left our bathroom spotless. read more

Requested a quote after hours on a rainy night about a blockage in the main sewage line outside. Jose responded promptly with a very reasonable quote, which I accepted, and he arrived in about 20 mins. He went to work and finished very quickly. He was very nice and professional and definitely saved my day because, as I said, it was after hours. He did not inflate his price despite this fact, and I so appreciate him. The price I paid did not exceed his quote. I will definitely use this service if needed in the future. read more

Jose did a great job. He was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he was willing to come out on a short notice and also it being a weekend he kept us informed on what was happening and did not give us a run around pricing. I would totally recommend this company. read more

Came home over vacation to my water heater leaking. Looked up plumbers and called a few. Tito answered right away and was able to make a same day appointment. He talked me through all my options and also told me what rebates I could get on a water heater. After the job he found another rebate for me as well. He did a great job at a great price and also helped out 2 of my neighbors. I'm getting a water filtration system that he will install right when it comes in. Highly recommend calling him. read more

I hired Tito's plumbing to install a tub. He couldn't figure it out with the instructions. He called the tub company for direction. He went to Home Depot a couple times and then left. He never showed back up. I called him back. He said he'd be there the next day. No show. Then a couple days later he sent a text that he had an emergency and was too busy and then proceeded to tell me to go find another plumber. I ended up installing the tub myself without calling for instructions. If you want a reliable expert Tito is not your guy. read more

My main water line was providing excessive pressure to my irrigation system. When the sprinkler valves shut off the water was slamming into the valve wall and causing a water hammer to vibrate through everything connected to the main water line including my indoor plumbing. My landscaper wasn't trying to fix this and said I should hire a plumber. Tito's was great from start to finish. Great communication through the estimate, scheduling, and job. We discussed the issue and decided to put in a regulator. They didn't waste time with trying to make the issue potentially bigger than it was like other places. They quickly provided a reasonable quote with options and were available to do the work quickly. Everything works great and I no longer have the water hammer issue. Great work. read more

I have used Tito's Plumbing on several occasions both personally and professionally. They have moved and added faucets around the outside of my home, repaired leaky faucets for my customers, and most recently , really bailed me out after poor design caused me to accidentally break a main supply to a customer's home. They rushed out after hours and not only fixed the line, but redesigned it to make sure that the same problem could never happen again. Their prices are always fair for the industry, and I find the owner, Jose to be as honest as he is hardworking. If Yelp ever adds a sixth star to their rating system, I will adjust my rating upward, but for now this is the highest rating I can give. -Eric read more
