I've been participating in an intensive program with Dr. Norton to correct my spinal curves for 13 weeks, and I've felt such a wonderful improvement in my quality of life. My overall pain is lower, and some days I have no back pain at all! This place has truly helped me in a way I wasn't sure I could be helped. I'm also thankful for all the help from Dr. Mcinnis, who is a valuable part of this practice. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant, and Dr. Norton takes the time to help you understand your treatment plan and what to expect. But Dr Berg completely put me at ease and he has a technique for numbing that's basically no worse than a few injections that feel like vaccination shots (which I should mention is NBD to me). I couldn't believe how well he did it so all of my anxiety was misplaced. He also explained everything he was doing and why. The whole time I felt like I was heard as a patient, which is basically what you want in any doctor (and in my experience so rarely see from doctors). So Dr Berg is my new podiatrist I guess. Definitely recommend, fantastic bedside manner and great technique. Nearly every doctor I've seen needs to take a page (or chapter(s)) from his book.

When I saw Folweiler, it was because I needed a quick fix, I could barely bear weight for walking. He named my postural problem, which I knew I had and only PTs had ever identified. And then he gave me exercises to improve my postural stability, which no chiro had ever done for me either. 6 visits later and I'm back to normal. I highly recommend Folweiler, he's a good one!!!

I was very skeptical about chiropractors when I first saw Jason, but he made a believer out of me right away! Any job, structural or stress related issues are no problem for this guy. Jason has a very comprehensive understanding of how the muscles and bones work together and uses many approaches to get at the underlying issue. He has also been helping me with my lifelong TMJ, which has been exacerbated by daily mask use. Jason has also been amazing with scheduling me in between appointments if I have a flare up or migraine going on and can't make it to my next session. While I still don't trust most Chiros, I trust him and his unique approach and talents with whatever I have going on. This place is also family friendly and when it's not during Covid, you can bring your young children to your appointment and there is a play area to keep them entertained. So helpful when you don't have a childcare option! They are also going to start bringing a massage therapist in, so stay tuned for that. Do yourself and your body a favor and give this place a try. I woke up with severe sudden neck and shoulder pain. A day later it was still just as bad and I couldn't move my head without moving my whole body due to pain. I found this office and their website listed a free evaluation so scheduled online and was able to get a same day appt. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the treatment space / table was completely open and next to the desk / reception area, without any privacy. There was a woman receiving treatment when I walked in which, working in health care, did not seem right or comfortable. I also saw the name was .."family chiropractic" but was surprised to realize that the Chiropractors' child was there running around. I was an early childhood teacher for years so love children, and also am very aware of the challenges and expense of having daycare, and still, it felt incredibly unprofessional to have a toddler running around as I gave info and received treatment, often interrupting her Mom in the middle of it. I might have thought it was less of an issue if I hadn't been in so much pain, but still think a practitioner should be able to focus 100% on the patient when with them. Finally, as I gave info (which was very little - woke up, sudden pain, happened twice before in last 5 years), it seemed to take her a long time to write the info down. I don't feel like she had that much to say or a lot of info to educate me with after hearing what I said. It made me feel less confident in the care I was getting. She did a few adjustments but it was minimal and nothing helped. I realize treatment does not make something go away right away, but in the past initial treatments have provided at least a little relief and this time it didn't. As I went to check out, I was asked about who to bill. I shared that the website and option I selected said "free evaluation" and both looked and me and said, "that's so weird, someone else said they saw that too, but it isn't free." I told them they needed to check their website, which they did and saw what I saw, and blamed it on the website hosting or something. I said I would pay but it looked bad as though they were doing that to get people in but not honoring it. I don't think that was their intention, but again, looks pretty bad. Overall I was really disappointed by the lack of professional environment and care that seemed inadequate. I have since received massage therapy which provided incredible relief and proved to be far more effective and cheaper than chiropractic care.
