I paid for The Works, which is $27.99 before tax. I needed an external car wash and interior cleaning. I asked the staff, who are really nice, what level to go for if I wanted interior and they explain they all include cleaning inside the car. I asked if I needed to box and box out of the way for them to clean the back seats and they said they would move it and clean around it. Was a quick service, maybe like 10 minutes. The exterior looked great!! But the inside didn't look wiped down very well, the box didn't get moved and my dogs dirty paws could still be seen. I think for $27 it's an average wash. But next time I would opt up and asked for a better cleaning inside. Overall good experience and will go back.

I'm not sure why I let Google make me think this would be an ok place to go get a car wash. It's awful! Paid the full package. The console area was full of crumbs even though the package I bought had "vacuum passenger areas" as a thing. I told them and the manager said they don't do details???? I didn't ask for a detail! Just...please vacuum visible crumbs! My window was also CRAZY dirty. It's hard to grab a pic, but you'll hopefully see what I mean. Snapped this pic literally driving out of the parking lot. They also left streaks of something gummy? Like, it actually felt like gum everywhere! I don't chew gum! At first, I actually thought it was some damage but...it was just gum?? I got it off with some Clorox wipes but needless to say...this place sucks!

Will have to go a few more times to formulate a final rating, but for now I'm happy. Got "the outside only" package for $10 ($10.80 with tax) which is the cheapest/simplest. They just wash and hand dry the vehicle and the actual service takes less than 10mins. My car, windows, side mirrors, and interior frame were all shining nicely. I've never been to a car wash like this so for other first timers, you pull into entrance and while in queue an employee comes to ask what service you want. They check it off on a ticket, write your plate # on it, and write a code for your service on your window. When you pull into the facility exit the car, leave keys in, make sure windows are up, radio is off, take valuables and from there an employee takes it. They start the service and you go inside to pay the cashier and wait for your car. In that area is a small assortment of auto merchandise you can purchase and windows where you can see the cars being washed. The car eventually makes it's way to the area where you're waiting, they quickly and thoroughly dry it off and turn it over to you. Simple! I will say inspect your car before and after just to ensure nothing happened while it was out of your possession. The only opportunities are: 1) they could use a bigger/higher CAR WASH sign so folks dont drive right past it 2) they could use a menu board closer to the entrance so you can see options and decide before their person comes to take your order 3)if busy the entrance can get backed up nearly into the street as was my case (I just circled the block waited 5mins and returned). Anyway, I posted a picture of the service menu you can check out.

Used to be a great place to get my cars washed, but the quality isn't what it used to be. My last 2 visits were very disappointing.

Cheap! But irritating. And the car isn't that clean…read more The first time I went here, nothing was intuitive. It's not clear how to get in (you drive your car up close to the door), so a line of us were stuck behind someone who was confused and parked their car so that nobody could pass and went inside. When I got in, it's clear you need coins to operate the machines, but not clear how many, because the machine says both, "3 coins to start" and "4 coins to start." It's 4. Getting the coins was also a hassle. There is a credit card machine to dispense coins, but you have to push a yellow button first, which is not clear. Then it says it charged $10, when it actually charged $5. The cash-for-coins machine seems to decide at random what bills it wants. An old wrinkly $1 bill worked. A crisp $5 bill did not, no matter the orientation. Then, using the machines is super stressful. There are multiple identical settings, all from the same sprayer, so it's not clear if they do anything different or if you need a specific order. It also takes a moment to clear the last setting out of the hose, so it's not clear it's working (the hose also leaks constantly). You know you need 4 coins to start, so you put 4 in because you don't know how long that gives you. After about 2 minutes, the machine starts beeping and flashing, warning you to put more coins in, so you rush over to do that so that you won't have to put in 4. All this while someone is either waiting behind you to get in, or is stuck behind you because they don't realize they can open the back door and back out (assuming they haven't been blocked in by other pending customers). When you're all rinsed off, there is nowhere to dry and you have to get out of the way. Just stressful overall. Plus you have leftover coins, which you don't want to use because you don't want to return. Having said that, I thought, "I understand this now, I'll just use up my 4 remaining coins." Except the 2nd time I went, seemingly against my better judgement, there was an attendant. This solved the problem of the cars-blocking-cars, but introduced new problems. First, there are 2 lines, one for the wash and one for the vacuums. The attendant was showing people in the vacuum line in front of the wash line, I guess for folks that wanted to wash after, so the line-skipping was annoying. Then, the sign says get your coins while you wait, but the wait is not long enough to do that, so you end up having to get your coins after anyway. The worst part, though, is that apparently there are some machines that take a credit card directly, and don't accept coins (even though they have coin slots, they spit them out). So, I was stuck with 4 useless coins. Then the credit card machine is, naturally, not intuitive. It scans your card and immediately starts counting up cents. It's not clear how to start washing, if you have to wait for it to reach something, or if you are supposed to pause it and then count down from where you stopped. I scanned my credit card 3 times trying to get pre-soak to work, and couldn't. I think mine might have just had the pre-soak broken, which added to the confusion. Eventually, I was able to get the high-pressure soap to work. Turns out the machine just counts up until you stop it. The direct-credit-card machine is ideal because you only pay for what you use and don't need to use the coins. But the whole experience is maddening. Also, both times I did this, the car wasn't all that clean after. This place is cheap, but the experience is awful and the results are poor.
