I had the privilege of having Danielle Gaston set up the paperwork for my new account. She was kind and courteous and even allowed me to joke and banter with her. Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me. I'm grateful for my time at CFBI, and I'm very impressed with the service and resources they have available. I love their approachable and dedicated commitment to our local community.

I told him I needed to made a withdrawal, and he informed me that this Chase location was ATM only, no tellers. He said there was a daily limit of $4,000 if I used both the inside and outside ATM, with $3000 from one and $1000 from the other. I told him unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me because I needed to withdraw more than the ATM limit. He suggested that I withdraw the daily limit today and come back tomorrow to withdraw the remaining amount. Which really wasn't going to help me today. Although I was surprised that this branch was ATM only (because it looks like a regular bank branch from the outside) I can understand that it would be convenient for customers who are only seeking ATMs. I usually do all of my banking online but I'll remember in the future to avoid this branch if k need to withdraw an amount that is larger than the daily limit.

There is a serious understaffing issue at this branch…read more Only one drive up lane open, and the ATM displays a message that it only dispenses $100 bills. There are three drive up lanes but two are closed, blocked off with orange cones. There is a line of vehicles for the lane that is open and the line has not moved. This location used to be decent but now suffers from reduced staffing. Whether you choose to go inside or through the drive up it always takes longer than it should for a simple transaction. After sitting in the drive up line for 20 minutes during which time the line did not move the vehicles behind me backed up and left, so I backed up, parked, and went inside. I was "greeted" by the employee behind the counter holding her finger up in a "wait" gesture. I don't blame the employees as there just aren't enough of them. Frustrating waste of time when all you need is making a cash deposit or cashing a check.

I…read morewas assured by the banker who opened my account that despite the need to have a deposit made inside 60 days there was latitude. Within 24 hours of opening the acct I contacted the same bank rep to inform them the first deposit would not occur inside the 60 day window and was again assured no problem. There was a problem and at the request of the same personal banker, I provided proof that I made the change of banks within 24 hrs of opening the acct. I was told the bank mgr couldn't over ride the issue and was referred to his boss Josh Cooper and his #. No message was ever returned. Key doesn't care if it lies to you. And their management won't even listen to you. DON'T BANK HERE!!
