I had my medication reduced twice without being told. I found out when I picked it up at the pharmacy. NO ONE would tell me why Dr. Kory did this. You rarely see the same provider twice. I saw 2 in 2 years that I liked and after my first visit with them I never saw them again because they quit or were let go. There was never a discussion of tapering. All psych meds need to be tapered! I have never been in office less than 3 hrs. They put you in a small all white room to wait for hours. Unprofessional staff. Anything from cursing because they aren't happy to blurting out your medical information in front of patients waiting to be seen. Including speaking about my exact medication I am on. Nurse Alecia/Aleshia (answers phones) is terrible. She has her hands in patients info a little too much and has called the shots on how my meds should be changed one too many times. She is rude. She will go as far as to tell you why she thinks your meds should should be changed but has never seen me as a patient. She has never seen me as a patient because she does not have the credentials. There was a time I was having a mental crisis and waited hours to be seen. I was not given any help. The NP said she didnt even know of a counselor that I could see. No help at all. She did offer for me to try ADHD an ADHD med.. That is the last thing that needs to be tried when you are in a panicked state. If you are treated ADHD you have to take an ADHD test every 6 months. This happened to a friend of mine who was a patient at Eustasis. The ADHD test is bare minimum. Not the proper lengthy consult and testing. You take a drug test every 3 months. The bathroom is always filthy. The staff turn over is high. The director believes in Electroconvulsive Therapy. He tried to push that treatment on me and I asked to never see him again. This "business" caused me more stress than anything. I could go on and on. I am so glad to be rid of them and with a clinic that has it together.

Gravette Arkansas is located in Benton County, in the very corner of the NWA just 23 miles away…read morefrom the state line. Just a few years ago it seemed as if they just had a couple of diners and a mexican restaurant. Now you have several fast food chains. A couple of gas stations. Three banks, and houses going up everywhere. The town is pretty quiet and on the weekends after dark It has no nightlife at all. For the most part the locals are kind of friendly. One road going through Gravette has constant traffic of mostly big rigs and people traveling to and from Oklahoma. The mayor is a pretty nice guy and hangs out at a local coffee shop down the block from Main Street, called Grumpy's. There is an elementary, junior high, and high school here that is seriously protected by a very dedicated police department. So if you are ever coming through and looking for something to do, they have a few things like the community pool. A farmer's market every Saturday at 8am at the old Town Park. A park with a large playground , picnic and barbecue grills. Tennis and basketball courts. And lots of games and classes available at Henzie's art studio on main street.
