Hour and a half later i and her were half way to the door of the office. I left, to come back later, finding that Monday was a holiday, so Tuesday will be the day i come back, hoping to get there early enough to make it inside. Hours of operation are not posted. They have a good selection of movies and audio books which I enjoy. I also like the free community events like the recent Mother's Day craft and the Lunch and Learn talks. Would have been a trifecta of perfectness if they had put an outside pool as well. They could have also used some showers poolside so you don't have to walk into the bathroom to use one. The workout area does tend to get a little too crowded on the weekends but I guess that's normal for a lot of places. The indoor walking track is amazing for the summertime where it's too hot to walk outside. All in all a very very great community center.

Also, the mail carrier on my street is always on her phone and doesn't like to get out of her vehicle to deliver packages. Instead she jams them into the tiny mail box, breaking it and the items in the packages. My neighbor bought a new mailbox only to have it broken within a week. No respect and deliveries take much longer than necessary due to laziness.

I had my medication reduced twice without being told. I found out when I picked it up at the pharmacy. NO ONE would tell me why Dr. Kory did this. You rarely see the same provider twice. I saw 2 in 2 years that I liked and after my first visit with them I never saw them again because they quit or were let go. There was never a discussion of tapering. All psych meds need to be tapered! I have never been in office less than 3 hrs. They put you in a small all white room to wait for hours. Unprofessional staff. Anything from cursing because they aren't happy to blurting out your medical information in front of patients waiting to be seen. Including speaking about my exact medication I am on. Nurse Alecia/Aleshia (answers phones) is terrible. She has her hands in patients info a little too much and has called the shots on how my meds should be changed one too many times. She is rude. She will go as far as to tell you why she thinks your meds should should be changed but has never seen me as a patient. She has never seen me as a patient because she does not have the credentials. There was a time I was having a mental crisis and waited hours to be seen. I was not given any help. The NP said she didnt even know of a counselor that I could see. No help at all. She did offer for me to try ADHD an ADHD med.. That is the last thing that needs to be tried when you are in a panicked state. If you are treated ADHD you have to take an ADHD test every 6 months. This happened to a friend of mine who was a patient at Eustasis. The ADHD test is bare minimum. Not the proper lengthy consult and testing. You take a drug test every 3 months. The bathroom is always filthy. The staff turn over is high. The director believes in Electroconvulsive Therapy. He tried to push that treatment on me and I asked to never see him again. This "business" caused me more stress than anything. I could go on and on. I am so glad to be rid of them and with a clinic that has it together.

Captain Henry served in the Civil War as a member of General Stonewall Jackson's artillery. After the war Henry moved to Bentonville where he helped build Bentonville's first steam railway and served as a Treasurer for Benton County. The Henry House is built in the Italianate style and the main façade has been unaltered since construction. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988." It is a two-story brick structure with Italianate architectural details like trusses in the front-facing gable, a scrollwork balustrade on the main porch, and scrolled brackets on the hood over a side entrance. This 1890 construction is a good example of the late Italianate style brick homes that were constructed in Bentonville in large quantities between 1870 and 1895.
