There is a supply of Wal-Mart bags hanging in case you need to do a little cleaning up. There are chairs and picnic tables so you don't have to stand the whole time your canine is getting some socializing and exercise. We had a great time!

The park has a fun playground with plenty of slides, swings, climbing toys, and so much more for kids to play on. It isn't really geared for toddlers. I let me toddler play on it, but I'm right there with her to make sure she doesn't fall or take a wrong step. Overall, it is a really fun park. They have a good variety of toys for kids to play on. I'm also a fan of the "see-saw", my friend and I played on it haha. So, kids and adults can have fun here! There is also a basketball court next to it. There are a few picnics tables too. Overall, it is a good park. I'm not a huge fan of the general area. I don't feel unsafe or anything being there, but still not a huge fan. Sometimes it also smells a little bit, I think it is something with the draining between the park and the parking lot. There is a small/medium sized parking lot right next to the playground. There are 2 fenced dog parks, one for small/dogs you want separated and one for all dogs. They are both very large and spacious with a few benches and obstacles areas for pups. The entrance has an arch and a fenced in front area with a water area and trash bags. Trash cans are located outside the park. No water are inside either, but most people bring their own with a bowl for their dogs. Biggest issue is the garbage for me. With bags and trash being outside there are a lot of people who do not clean up dog poop so sometimes it is everywhere. Also the all dog park side van get very very muddy. I wish they would add grass to it so the dogs don't get so dirty. And/or add a hose for a dog wash area.

There is an old cabin ruin my kids liked exploring, too! They'll need to pick up and clear the fallen trees and debris. The trails were mostly cleared for walking, and the trail bikers didn't find any problems making their rounds, but it just wasn't its prettiest. I'm confident the City of Bentonville will get to it. It's a beautiful park with plenty of potential to get back to it's typical beauty.

BEAUTIFUL is the the one word to describe the Scenery here…read more I give this place only ONE STAR due to the people (Bicyclist) you may encounter here. Which can completely ruin your walk/hike. Most of the bicyclist are respectful. But over the last two years we've seen some real JERKS disrespect people walking through. This past Saturday was our first encounter with one of those Jerks. Pedestrians and bikers must share some of the same trails and bikers have signs that they they must yield to people walking and even notify when they are going to pass you so you're not ran over or hit by a bike. We've seen quite a few confrontations between pedestrians and bicyclist. My son and my 7 yr old niece were walking back from the bathroom as a family of 4 were walking the opposite direction were about to meet when this Moron tried to pass between them before the gap closed and hit and knock down my niece. He didn't have the patience to wait for the families to cross each other so he would have a clear path around after knocking her down he slowed down without stopping and look back and yelled "is she okay?" but didn't stop, just kept going. But then... As the JERK lay there on the ground with a bruised face, and two flat tires. I also didn't feel any concern or sympathy for him. But I still asked him if he was okay. I gave he a short lecture on karma and we left the park. Now remember not all bicyclists are that way. A lot of them are respectful and will wait or even let you know if they are ready to pass. But there are still those dumb few that don't care at all.
