We have been seeing her for about 6 months now and I am SO beyond thankful she was recommended to us. Her calm, thoughtful presence puts us both at ease and makes it easy to talk to her about anything. We find ourselves sharing things with her that we can barely admit to ourselves, and she handles it all in a way that makes us feel truly understood. As we continue to work on our marriage, she gives us amazing tools to help build a successful partnership while also dealing with our crazy family dynamics. I am so glad we found her and I would give her more stars if I could.

The guy at reception remembers me, is friendly and also compassionate. They've been one of three mental health facilities for me in Denver (the other two I tried regarding therapy), and they're my favorite to deal with thus far.

I'm put on meds. These are strong meds givin to me after a 40 minute appointment to meet me for the first time. So I use there pharmacy to fill the script they just gave me. The pharmacist then begins to freak out over the way my prescription is written, the dosage it's written for, and the way it's broken up and supposed to be taken. It was extremely odd and very offputting. It's nerve-racking enough to take these kinds of meds but to have the pharmacist himself acting like he had never encountered these medications or this issue before was just horrifying. So I get home and begin to take the medicine. After 10 days I go into a psychotic episode from the meds. I proceed for the next five days, eight phone calls, 4 voice messages try to get a hold of anyone at this place, not just my doctor but simply anyone to help me and give me guidance of what I should do with these meds. After all the calls and voicemails I finally get a hold of a nurse who barely speaks English and assures me she will ask the doctor for me. Several hours go by And i finally get a phone call that simply says stop taking the meds. No follow up nothing more than that just stop. It took me months to crawl back up to just the depressed horrible self that I was before I ever stepped foot in this office. And last but not least the receptionist at this place looks and acts like he just got out of prison a few days ago. He is completely unprofessional, rude and bad at his job. I made an appointment with him, the appointment was over a month out so I waited and waited and waited. Four days before the appointment I get a phone call from him stating he made the appointment with the wrong doctor and that I would have to wait a month again before I could be seen. If I was hanging by a thread before and barley able to make it threw each day this place definitely cut the thread on me. My only goal coming here was to try and feel a little human again and try and come up with a reason for going on. This place took what little hope I had of ever feeling better and simply threw it in the trash. Thanks wellshire!

My husband and I recently attended Jason's Relationship Recovery Day. It was a great experience!…read more He really helped us make a deep reconnection that we felt was lacking. He is friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and was a joy to work with. Jason also has a good sense of humor which made the day even better. He's a great listener and had us do some really cool exercises that strengthened our relationship. We will definitely continue to see jason from now on. He's great at what he does! If you are looking for a marriage therapist, or just wanting a tune-up, I highly recommend Jason. We have seen other therapists before and none of them are as skilled as he is. His exercises he had us do, and his ability to get to the heart of issues is amazing. We didn't get lost in the weeds. I wish we would have found him years ago! We are so grateful to have found him now and for the future. Thanks Jason! We are looking forward to more great experiences you have brought our relationship.

I would have loved to not leave a review because I understand therapy is unique and not every…read moretherapist is going to be the right fit. Unfortunately, I am leaving this review because of how Jason reacted to this not being the right fit. Firstly, Jason seemed completely disengaged throughout our sessions. It felt like he was just going through the motions, offering generic advice that could have been found in any self-help book. There was a distinct lack of personalization or effort to understand the unique dynamics of our relationship. However, things really went downhill after my partner and I brought our frustrations to Jason. He was unprofessional saying things like "I just want this to be done" and "take it or leave it" when we asked for a refund. He also led many emails saying "I know I said not to do this, but I'm going to anyway" and was overall more interested in defending himself than making sure we got the counseling we needed. Overall, our experience with Jason was a waste of time and money. He did not provide the guidance or expertise we expected from a professional couples therapist. Instead of helping us work through our issues, he added to our stress financially and personally. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for competent and compassionate couples therapy.

Although my direct dealings with Dr. Purcell were limited by her own unfortunate choosing, she…read moreperformed a very one-sided evaluation of my mother in the course of custody proceedings when I was 16 years old. Dr. Purcell was little more than a mouth piece for my physician father and she wrote a completely bogus report that was rife with inaccuracies and falsehoods. In turn, that report was used by my father to prevent my mom and me from ever seeing my sister again. It's going on 20 years since we've seen my sister and it's had a devastating impact on our family, thanks to my father, Dr. Purcell and other co-conspirators. I'd be happy to chat with anyone that's receiving services from Dr. Purcell or is considering the possibility. I hope that her existing patients are treated much more favorably than we ever were through no fault of our own.

Sanare Rehabilitation is an outstanding program for individuals living with severe mental illness,…read moreand much of that excellence is thanks to the leadership of Briana Severine, whom I had the pleasure of working with during her time as a manager at Life Adjustment Team (LAT). Briana brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, emotional intelligence, and steady leadership. Under her guidance, Sanare has cultivated a team that is deeply compassionate, well-trained, and genuinely committed to helping clients build meaningful, stable lives. They understand the complex realities of conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder, and they approach each client with respect, patience, and a tailored plan of care. Sanare doesn't take a cookie-cutter approach--treatment is personalized, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. The staff works collaboratively to ensure that clients are not just surviving, but making real progress in their recovery journeys. It's clear that the culture Briana has helped foster is one of empathy, structure, and hope. If you or a loved one is struggling with severe mental health challenges, Sanare is a place where you'll be met with understanding and high-quality support. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It is very unfortunate that a practice would be so unethical. I was greeted by the incorrect…read moretherapist for what I was told to be a phone consultation. I was then charged $225 for an intake assessment. Not only was this not what I was told it would be, I was also met by a therapist that I did not request. To charge me $225 for a mistake on their part is incredibly wrong. More recently, I realized that I was charged another $150 a week later for an unknown reason. I have tried to get in contact with them and requested a phone call many times now. I have been completely ignored and received no call from the owner or upper management that could assist me with this. I will be reporting them to DORA unfortunately. Please beware of this practice trying to steal money from individuals solely trying to seek help. It is a very unethically run business and it is so disheartening to have discovered that this is occurring within a therapist community. I highly recommend seeking help elsewhere. This practice has only caused me more stress in life.
