I would not recommend this business for many reasons…read more First, when I called them, they answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, not to mention I had to ask if I called Premier Care Injury Services or not. Additionally, they were super sketchy about their answers to my questions. I asked if they had a website because when I googled them, I could not find it. They said, "oh... we have a website.." and I asked where I could find it. The woman responded by telling me that it wasn't working and was not up at the moment. She then proceeded to ask me why I needed to see their website.. ? I responded in telling them I wanted to see what their staff specialized in within PT. She quickly told me that they were not accepting any patients and that I could refer to their website and that it was on google.. When i reiterated that their name does not come up when I google them, she said "Well it's there". When I pointed out that she had told me one minute ago that it was not up at the moment, she said "bye". Very sketchy and odd. I know that some businesses hire staff that may not be 100% right for the position, but when it comes to something as important as healing injuries and people trying to get their lives back as a result, there is no way that I could trust a business that has someone as incompetent as the receptionist interacting with clients. I've never written a bad review because I think so much more goes in to an experience than just a first impressions or an initial experience, but the medical field handles peoples' futures and well being.. If the person answering the phones can't even do that professionally or answer potential client questions, I don't want to know what the rest of the business would run like. I feel morally obligated to notify everyone of this business because it seemed like the kind of place that cuts corners, doesn't care about their clients, is dishonest, and would possibly do more harm than good. Please correct me if I am wrong, but something did not feel right and I could not sit back while knowing people may go to this sketchy clinic.

Pros--Medical personnel and receptionist are very kind and appear professional. Office has moved into the Skyridge medical facility and is very attractive. Cons--(and the reason I decided to stop going)--I feel like this office is overpriced for what it should be. I completely understand that they're in the business to make money but at some point, you should not be paying extra for a basic level of care. I came here because it was recommended by my last practitioner for hormone replacement therapy (before I moved out of town). . However, I found myself paying a solid 30% more than what I was paying before. Plus, when I followed up with my lab work and got the results, I expected to hear back from someone (even by email) to explain if my results were OK. (This seems to me to be a baseline level of care.). Instead, I heard nothing and when I called to inquire about my results, I was told that I could set up a (paying) appointment to go over my results with the RN. I have honestly never heard of this. I just wanted a quick check-in by phone Or email to hear if my current dosage was OK before I proceeded. Can you imagine if you had to set up an additional appointment and pay a doctor's visit every time you wanted to know the results of your lab work or say, mammogram? Shouldn't that be part of what you are paying for? I was assured by the woman that I talked to over the phone that I would at least get some sort of an email but I never did hear back from anyone after my phone call. Onward and upward.

This place is sketchy and managed poorly…read more Firstly, they do not know how to bill bcbs ppo. I've been going back and forth with them for the last year showing that the EoB shows insurance has been paid out. My physicals/ wellness visits are to be covered at 100%. and it says so on my insurance card. They attempted to charge me $95 at the visit, but after I protested and explained to them that I have a ppo plan that is in network with bcbs and they still charged me $25 copay. I gave them $25 that they refused to reimburse. Secondly, during the visit I asked to have my script refilled and they said it was a "formality" to get drug tested because it is a controlled substance anxiety med and they need to make sure I'm not drug seeking. I took the test because I felt obligated to prove that I would pass, as well as get my script, but I felt so embarrassed and low. I've never had any other doctor do this, especially because I infrequently take this med. Fast forward nearly a year later, and I get a notification from an out of network testing facility for said drug test... the doctor sent the drug test to an out of network diagnostics facility and now I owe $441. Lastly, the facility is not maintained and dirty. The equipment they use is really out-dated. It looks like a shady walk-in clinic.

I had a blood test drawn at the office at my first visit and I was NEVER informed there might be a $4000 Out of pocket expense. they sent some of my lab work to Acutis which the bill was ridiculously high and the rest to labcorp! my insurance denied labcorp claim partially and they have been asking for proof of medical records for 2 items from Dr's office and this is where you get stuck! cause their billing department is not taking care of their patients concerns!!! I am very UNHAPPY with so many back and forth, calls and emails to them to have someone respond and help, and at the end they told me to call insurance myself (which I did 5 times and they said the only way out is those documents from Doctor)! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and stay away from this place, a 4 thousand dollar bill and so much headache!

My spouse recently had major surgery at UCHealth Cherry Creek, which was also her very first…read moresurgery and exposure to general anesthesia. While some aspects of her care were excellent, our overall experience was deeply distressing due to the conduct of certain post‑operative nursing staff. First, I want to acknowledge the providers who delivered outstanding care. Dr. Bouchard was excellent: clear, thorough, and compassionate in both pre‑operative and post‑operative communication. The attending resident was likewise excellent, demonstrating strong clinical skill and a respectful bedside manner. These physicians gave us confidence in the procedure and took our concerns seriously. Unfortunately, the quality of care in the post‑operative area did not reflect the same standard. After surgery, my spouse was slow to wake from anesthesia and in excruciating pain. While she was still groggy and doing her best to communicate her pain, one of the nurses was noticeably impatient, dismissive, and appeared focused on the fact that it was near closing time rather than on my spouse's condition. When adjusting the bed, this nurse repeatedly moved the head of the bed up and down very quickly, causing my spouse to scream in pain. There was no apparent attempt to pause, slow down, or modify her approach in response to my spouse's obvious distress. A second nurse was also rude and unhelpful until one of the anesthesiologist helped my wife. At a time when my spouse was barely emerging from anesthesia and struggling with severe pain, this nurse asked, "I don't know what else to do for you, what else is going to help you?" The burden was effectively placed on a post‑operative patient, rather than the nurse using her clinical expertise to assess, problem‑solve, and advocate for appropriate pain management and supportive measures. It was especially alarming that this nurse then suggested that my spouse might need to be transported by ambulance and admitted to a hospital, framed in a way that felt more like a threat or a way to move her out of the recovery area than a thoughtful clinical recommendation. From a patient‑centered care and safety perspective, this experience was unacceptable. My spouse was vulnerable - just out of surgery, in severe pain, and slow to wake from anesthesia, yet she was made to feel like an inconvenience. The tone, rushing, lack of empathy, and apparent prioritization of closing time over patient comfort and safety were completely inconsistent with the standard of compassionate care we expected from UCHealth. If we had known this was how the post‑operative nursing care would be handled, we would have requested a different facility. Patients undergoing major surgery, especially for the first time, deserve nurses who are clinically competent, patient, and empathetic, and who respond to pain and delayed emergence from anesthesia with professionalism and care - not frustration, dismissiveness, or implied pressure to leave because it is near closing time. I would strongly encourage UCHealth to review staffing, training, and culture in the post‑operative area at this location, to ensure that other patients and families do not have to endure the same experience.
