I did not want my son to repeat "4 year old " school. St. David's also has an outdoor program called "K-Wild" which is an outdoor school 2 days a week before his regular school. Literally you would dress the kids for the climate and they would be outside. With both of these options I knew that St. David would be a perfect fit. Last year I had both kids at St. David's and quickly realized I found my place. This is my 3rd preschool I have attended and by far the most warm, loving and nurturing. The community at St. David's is amazing. My only wish is that I had started there earlier. That extra year was the best decision ever and if you are ever on the fence about doing it....DO IT. My son stopped attending this school in November. Since then, Guidepost has been sitting on a full month's tuition deposit with absolutely no intention of returning it. For four months, I have been met with nothing but "manual processing" excuses, "60-90 day" delay tactics, and empty apologies from the regional leadership team and the campus leadership team. Despite providing regional leadership with clear deadlines and rejecting their vague explanations, they have completely ghosted me. My deadline passed with zero follow-up and zero transfer. It is now clear that their "apologies" are a scripted stall tactic. Whether this is due to the company's widely reported financial instability or sheer administrative incompetence, the result is the same: They are withholding thousands of dollars from a family while providing zero service. If you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid months of stressful, fruitless hovering over an unresponsive billing department, stay far away. A school that lacks the integrity to return a simple deposit cannot be trusted with the care and education of your child. Guidepost Leadership: Give me my money back.

When challenges arose, the school showed little flexibility or empathy. I was dealing with a custody/support battle, that was financially bearing . I made them aware of 4 months in advance instead of working with me when I provided a solution , I often felt pressured and dismissed. The school director, was especially pushy in her communication and didn't provide a POC beyond herself for escalations. Rather than collaborating with me as a parent doing her best, I was met with rigid policies and a lack of understanding about the realities I face as a working single mom. She looked me face a brought me a withdrawal form, which she asked me to complete. Ultimately, my son was removed from the program because his account was consistently behind one week of payment ($535) for about 5 weeks. The payment plan I proposed--though honored and paid the month of April as I communicated--did not align with the school's internal preferences. Despite my efforts to be transparent and proactive, I was repeatedly met with threats of legal action and communication that felt more like gaslighting than genuine support. I felt constantly pressured, which added unnecessary emotional stress to an already difficult situation. I was left scrambling to find alternative care while juggling full-time work responsibilities. The entire experience was not only disheartening, but did not align with the values of family partnership and compassion.

She looks forward to seeing her teachers and friends each morning and the pictures show how much she enjoys each day's activities and events. The speed with which she is learning is a testament to both her teachers and the Primrose curriculum. The staff are also fantastic - responsive to every question or concern we have raised and always approachable. The facility is very clean and fixtures are in good shape, considering how much they are used by little kids day in and day out. We always feel good about dropping off our daughter, which is (to me) the highest praise for a daycare.

Our pre-school teacher has been with the school over 26 years - we love her. As a matter of fact the teacher who has been here the shortest amount of time is 6+ years. Low turn over speaks volumes for the children's environment/programs. The school is located on 4 acres backing to a park. They have an awesome playground. The curriculum is literature based.
