It's a great combination of age appropriate ballet activities mixed with ballet terminology and moves. My daughter is encouraged to be the best person she can be! She has grown as a dancer and continues to do so every day. She started in Tippy Toes and Tappy Feet and is now part of the competitive troupe dancing in all types of dance... Ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, clogging, musical theater, hip hop, acro, and liturgical. If you are looking for a community that doesn't base their entire "being" on winning but on fostering the love of dance and expression this is a great place for your kids. The teachers love my kid like their own and work to help her grow as a person and a friend. There will always be "crazy" people that think otherwise, which is sad... I would recommend Studio 5 to everyone that asks... and I have.
