As someone that exercises a lot, I definitely didn't realize how hard of a workout and underestimated the difficulty. Reena was a great instructor and made the class super fun and encouraging for newbies like us. It was nice to watch her do a combination really gracefully and then see how we stacked up. She was so sweet and nice to me especially as I'm a guy joining the class and really suggested popping off when I told her I had a bodysuit and heels. She even helped take pics of us after class :) The classroom and poles were rly clean! Had a bathroom to accommodate as well especially if ya want to change into a baddie of an outfit. Overall definitely recommend and will come back.

She made me feel comfortable. Very nice person! I got a great workout even for being a newbie I felt like I got the combo down (after a lot of trial and error). My late and shoulders and crotch are hurting (lol) but feels good to build the strength. Thanks Reena! I didn't give 5 stars because they never answer the phone :(

The beginner series is a thoughtful introduction, the instructors are compassionate and knowledgeable, and the studio is always clean and welcoming. There are four poles, and while you sometimes share, it's part of the fun! You learn from each other, and the teachers keep everything safe and inclusive at every level. What makes this studio special is the way it builds not just strength, but confidence and connection to your femininity. I've been coming for 2.5 years and have been amazed at how capable I've become and how supported I feel. Jenny, the owner, keeps the curriculum fresh and there are monthly members-only workshops that deepen your practice and teach you the coolest moves. Personally, this studio has been life-changing. After a miscarriage, it gave me a safe place to heal, and years later I was able to celebrate my twin pregnancy here at my baby shower here! It's been a source of strength, joy, and empowerment through every season of my life. If you're on the fence, just try the 3 classes!!! It's not just fitness, it's community and a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself.

Rising Stars performing arts studio is an absolute GEM! Ms Aurora, Ms Lulu, and all the instructors…read moreare on point! Our daughter was enrolled in singing. One of the most valuable skills developed is to overcome stage fright. Ms Lulu encourages students to do self-introductions, modelling/cat-walk, sing, dance, and build overall stage presence. This may sound simple but can actually be quite challenging. Being able to confidently acquire this skill takes a dash of grit and more importantly - the opportunities to practice! Ms Lulu works hard to consistently create these opportunities for students in a wide variety of settings! From one-on-one voice lessons, to formal recitals, to community venues, to municipal events, to modelling at fashion shows, to filming music videos, to singing national anthems and performances at crowded sports stadiums, to highly advertised music events in crowded college campuses. Our daughter even got to experience singing in professional grade music recording studios! The value of these experiences in building a child's confidence is absolutely incredible! If your child is considering playing an instrument, sing, dance, or doing any sort of performing arts - This IS hands down the BEST studio! I highly recommend giving them a chance to help nurture and showcase your child's talents!

I am someone who can't stretch at all (with 0 balance), I have tried a couple of yoga classes and even took classes in community college, but nothing had worked as well as the ballet class here. The instructor, Que, she is super nice and patient. She did not force me to do stuff that I was not able to do or ignoring me like the instructors in other big studios. All the techniques and tips she gave me were super helpful too! What was more magical is that my neck pain faded away after the first class and I felt that I finally learned how to stand straight. The classroom is fresh and clean (which is another reason why I absolutely love it here), and the kids class before mine was super cute too!
