I attended and took a class here with One Shot Defense and it was such a great place to host a class. It was held in one of the private bays and it felt like I wasn't even in Florida. If you're looking to get some shooting in, you have to check this place out. Tons of range options at a great price, and everything you could need to make the most out of that time. My wife, along with our…read moreneighbors Tom and Laurie make the drive from Jupiter over to OK Corral at least twice a month on Saturday nights just to have a wonderful dinner at The Hitching Post there at the OK Corral. The Prime Rib is unbelievably perfect. The Filet is the same. Even the Spaghetti Bolognese is superb. The cheeseburger is outrageous and the deserts are masterful. The bar does an awesome job as well. All the people are great and the other customers are normal, quiet folks who make it a truly civilized and enjoyable experience. We're always glad we made the short trip and recommend this great place to everyone we know.

Enjoyed shooting different set ups that I had not been introduced to prior; chandelles, trampoline, and wobble stand. Second visit stayed at the cabins, very good value. Also during the holiday and the staff at the gun shop seem chaotic. It's okay to slow down, I'd rather wait and have great service. Overall wonder experience and highly recommend!

From approx…read more 2004-2011 I was quite active there shooting several times a week rifle and pistol with local friends and Air Force personnel at there range on base. There was some paperwork involved and a mandatory safety course that had to be taken, as well as passing some basic qualifications. There was usually a qualified instructor there who was always ready to help you out with any questions. I was shooting a variety of handgun calibers, .38/.357, .45 auto, 9mm, .223/5.56 and a number of rifle calibers also from T/C Contender Pistols. They were basically everything from .22 RF up to and including 45/70 from a 14" barrel with a muzzlebreak silver soldered on in order to use a folding rifle stock there. I cannot remember any caliber of firearm being off-limits there. We only ever used the outdoor range where we had Gongs and Steel Silloute Targets set up as well as assorted yardage for paper targets. Many of us reloaded so if we weren't shooting we were likely home reloading. Most of us were retired or disabled veterans. I always found it a comfortable place to shoot and great company to enjoy our time with there. There was a old round quanset hut building with A/C where you could get a Pepsi or cold drink or a cup of coffee and a snack. Moreover you could cool off from the summer heat for a bit before returning to the firing line.

Lacking maintenance! On a week long tour of ranges, and this did not stack up to any of the others…read more No introduction to the facility or courses like the other 3 ranges we visited. Multiple stands empty of clays, spent shells on a good portion of the stands, staff; well instead of congregating they could have been maintaining the equipment. Golf carts not maintained and dirty with leaves and empty water bottles. Check in staff member misrepresented the courses in actual relation to shooting style. Kinda lack luster in appearance as well. There are better options and not far away either!

What started off as a good experience ended up badly due to really poor service. I certainly would…read morenot recommend this company! Took my concealed carry class and was really happy with the instructor and the overall experience. Applied for my license with the state the very next day and waited a month and a half only to receive a letter from them that the certificate I submitted was not adequate. I figured since this is what sort of thing this company does all the time they would know what certificate is needed. Apparently not! I called and requested the correct one be sent to me and Megan acted very put out. I asked if the new certificate could be emailed to me since I only needed a copy for the state and she said no it would have to be sent via post office. Sooo I got the new one and my name was spelled wrong. Of course the state will not accept this as it did not match my ID and application form. So I called again and left a voicemail for Megan asking for a new certificate. She left me a message back that she would send it but that she filled out the last certificate based on what I told her. As if I somehow don't know how to spell my own name and didn't provide her the correct spelling. And of course no apology for the second error either. Hopefully the third times the charm and the new certificate will actually be correct. But what awful service!
