I went mid morning on a weekday, never saw a person. The have many machines and of the 15 triple load washers, only one was out of order. They have HUGE washers in the back by the dryers, great for sleeping bags and comforters. I am no longer bothered terribly that my washer is taking forever to be repaired. It's just no big deal for now to do it here.

I was honestly shocked. I wasn't doing anything inappropriate -- just using the machine that's there for customers. As someone who has supported this business regularly, I don't see why using the change machine should be an issue. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong when I hadn't. Because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending this place to others after how this situation made me feel.

When we put in enough money to start the wash cycle it was as if we hadn't put any money in. The screen asked for us to deposit more quarters.
