They actually are the ones that did the resurfacing on my certified pre owned car I purchased. Tim is who answers the phone and was so amazing! He met me at my place, removed the wheel, and had it back welded in 24 hours - for only $150! The dealership checked alignment and inspected the front end. They said everything was within the manufacturers specification and no service was neccessary. Have to put your car up to change the wheels (of course every one does) that will be an extra charge. Oh you need your tires to actually be balanced after the wheels are put on, that will be a charge too. Oh and you want air in the tires, that will be an extra charge (semi-kidding on that last one) but seriously to just fix a wheel scrape it seemed reasonable (like $100-$200) then the extra charges almost doubled that price so I would pass and it's honestly cheaper to just buy a new wheel somewhere else and have them put it on...seriously they are that over priced. Do they know their stuff (seems like they do) but they are REALLY REALLY expensive.

Well when I got the car back I noticed they had chipped the fresh paint on my strut tower near the upper strut mount nuts. They were careless while loosing or tightening the upper strut nut and their socket slipped off and chipped the paint. If that's not bad enough when I was up racing at BIR I had to adjust my coilovers and found that they had way over torqued the lower strut mount bolt, stripping it out. I thought these guys were professionals, it's an embarrassment. Tires plus could have done a better job. If you value your car I wouldn't take it here. Very disappointed with their workmanship.

It's a small shop with minimal waiting room so if your car is going to take more than 45 minutes - you might consider waiting at a coffee shop or something. I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?!
