Ashley took the time to assess my skin and customize the treatment to address my concerns. The facial was not only relaxing but incredibly effective - my skin was glowing for days. I get that the consult is free, but you definitely getter better customer service elsewhere. They were also extremely pushy about getting my credit card info before showing up and it took more effort than necessary to have the free consult without being on the hook. Also barely any transparent pricing throughout the entire consult. Hearing "the pricing has changed" multiple times after being told prices over the phone and seeing prices posted on their websites inspires no confidence. Also one thing I do appreciate, even though that's also dishonest online, is that they eventually admitted it's laser hair "reduction" and not "removal". The consult lady after spending some time explaining why this might be painful and how she's been doing that same laser hair removal for a while, then comes back to tell me that she doesn't do it, and then they don't do the laser hair removal I requested at any of their locations. 30 mins of driving for nothing. That's crappy business. Look elsewhere for honest folks.
