I was not upset that he couldn't take my case. I work in the legal field and understand how the process works. I learned additional information and asked Jason if that was under his scope of practice, and was not looking for additional legal advice or any advice, just asking if he could take on my case. I was dealing with a lot and having a hard time solidifying paperwork with Heidi in a timely manner. So I definitely understand why she would be frustrated. What is ridiculous to me is how a supposed therapist would be so rude and unprofessional. What kind of professional makes assumptions and judgmental statements especially in a profession dealing with people struggling with anxiety and depression. Her reply included an "OMG" in it because she was frustrated I didn't assume what her typos meant. I would've considered still working with her even after paying the $100 no-show fee, but after her blow-up reply, absolutely not and I wouldn't recommend anyone else work with her.
