I am writing this review because of the positive experience I had as a student while at BZA. The facility is very welcoming and esthetically pleasing. Another strength of BZA is its team approach. The clinician on the phone was very nice, but when I went to see her for the first time she had no business cards to hand out, and for all I know she could have been a stranger on the street counseling me. It appears that the owner has not updated the website for a while, and does not seem to even be promoting the therapists that she does have. The therapist herself was very professional, nice, and seemed to know her stuff, but I just couldn't get over the fact that she had been working at Dynamic Directions for almost a year and their was nothing so much as a business card with her name on it. It seems mostly like poor and cheap ownership, which made me feel so bad for her counselors, but also made me feel like this was not the place for me to go. Also, if you can't even afford a billing person, then it makes me think that the practice in general is failing.
