I too am doing the RN program during covid currently, almost on my last semester to graduation. Simply put: if you need help at HCI, all you have to do is reach out. There is not a single person there that has ever treated me poorly, and they go above and beyond to see us students exceed including using their off time to meet with us either one on one for tutoring any time we request help, and also to do extra review sessions not during class hours. It insulted me to see that someone blamed their own academic performance on the college. What you put in, you get out. If you need help- ask for it. Just because the easier decision is to blame something besides yourself doesn't mean it's correct. Yes, some professors do have multiple jobs. Those with multiple jobs or children home in online learning as well still make time outside of class to answer us and help us whenever possible. Administration is extremely responsive and always willing to help as long as you come to them and ask. Covid has made things messy for everyone- but HCI is doing their best just like us to make it work as smoothly as possible. It is something unprecedented that no one has experienced therefore no one will be an expert on how to handle it, yet HCI college did their best and in my opinion has done an amazing job at helping all of us. Even during the confusion of clinical hours- instructors and admin were MORE than helpful and understand with issues with hours or not understanding the content requested to complete clinicals. Also as for accreditation- please do look into it because the claim was false. HCI is and has been accredited, and is in the process of being accredited by ACEN additionally. (nursing schools have two forms of accreditation, maybe this is why they were confused?) My opinion from personal experience of HCI- the main people who have a problem with HCI are people who prefer to blame anything but THEMSELVES before they have to take responsibility and put forth the effort to get off their behinds and get it taken care of- which is simply done by asking! Also if you don't like it here, then leave. No one likes bad company.

I will be honest, I recently graduated about 1 month ago. And since day one of the last semester,…read morethe mentality of the administration staff was to make us fail. I was top student number scoring only A+, and it is sad to see several of my fellow students fail due to this. They implemented several measures to flunk you in a way or another. For instance they want you to pass 5 exit exams including HESI, Kaplan, ATI. They tried implementing a 50% in subcategories, what does this mean. That even if you had a A+ in a class and A+ in the final exam, if you dont get all subcategories in your final exam above 50% you would fail. And most of the times this subcategories had what 2-3 questions so you missed one question you would be at 33% and would have to repeat the whole class and pay 5000 dollars again. Which makes no sense at all. Administration does not care about you, they dont give you information written they implement stuff with out written proof. There where so many incongruencies with the administration staff. Im not saying all of them are bad. There are amazing people working for them but the head of this school is simply terrible. I would definitively not recommend you assist this school. Please look somewhere else if you dont want to be stressed and with a limited chance of graduating. With the probability of paying thousands of dollars just so you fail one question or you fail you final exit exam and you have to repeat the whole semester again, which makes you loose money and time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE - COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!…read more AB AUTO Driving and Traffic School and Driver License Testing Center is the definition of a scam operation. Their website falsely advertises that students will get a practice run before the driving test. That is a LIE. My brother was told he'd be practicing the test route, but as soon as he got in the car, the "instructor" said they had to go to another location because the plaza was too busy. That's strike one. Strike two? When the actual exam started, he was taken to a completely different location yet again. No explanation, no transparency, just more confusion. Then, without warning, the practice instructor handed him off to the test examiner--who was absolutely rude, inattentive, and clearly not qualified to be evaluating anyone. The examiner spent most of the test on her phone, barely looking up while my brother was trying to navigate, and barked directions at the last possible second. That is not just unprofessional--it's dangerous. It's unacceptable for a driving examiner to be distracted during an active road test. Her job is to observe, guide, and ensure safety--not scroll on her screen. And don't even get me started on her so-called feedback. Instead of teaching or supporting a new driver, she mocked him. When my brother didn't perform a maneuver perfectly, she snapped, "Clearly you don't know how to drive straight." Excuse me? This is a teenager testing for a license--not someone trying out for NASCAR. The worst part? She made that comment after demanding that he reverse in a straight line on a curved road. What kind of unrealistic, rigged setup is that? To AB AUTO: Don't bother responding to this review with excuses. I don't want to hear about "policies," "training standards," or "miscommunications." What you need to do is take a long, hard look at your staff--especially the examiner in question--and start holding people accountable. I have zero problem identifying the examiner by name, and quite frankly, she should have her credentials revoked. She is not qualified to be administering driving tests, and her conduct is an embarrassment to your company. There is no excuse for any of this. Don't blame the plaza. Don't blame traffic. Don't blame the student. This place lacks professionalism, honesty, and integrity across the board. They set students up to fail, offer no accountability, and treat paying customers like they're an inconvenience. You'd have a better chance passing your test--and being treated like a human being--at the DMV. This place is a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disrespect. ZERO STARS.

She was referred to Metro Traffic School by her brother who went through the same process a few months ago. Basically my daughter registered for 6-hour driving lessons which included flexible weekday or weekend times, free pickups & drop-offs, and the actual DMV test (if the instructor determines the person is ready). Today I dropped her at the traffic school so she can do her driving test. She was a bit nervous, but I assured her that she got this. Metro Traffic School is located in the Lauderdale Marketplace among other businesses along Oakland Park Blvd. Though there are a lot of parking spaces, it tends to fill up quickly. The traffic school offers the following at various prices: * Online courses & exams for first time drivers * Driving lessons (2 - 12 hours) * DUI course * Florida permit online test * Traffic ticket course * Spanish courses In conclusion, my daughter did well and passed. She made an upcoming appointment at a DMV location to obtain her driver's license. If you're interested, you can check out their website - www.metrotrafficschool.com to see what works best for you.
