I am not using my cell phone so I didn't call management but instead I e-mailed them and reported it. No one responded. Then another couple started fighting above our room at 9 am and I was fed up and sleep deprived so I walked to the office and told the receptionist about my complaint. 1st couple on the first floor at 4:30 am was kicked out, thank goodness. But this 2nd couple staying on the 2nd floor is still fighting. The man has been verbally abusing the woman and management hasn't done anything about it yet. This is just wrong. Also I had to ask the receptionist if we could stay until noon because we're still tired and did not sleep well here. It's unfortunate because I asked her yesterday when we checked in if it's a quiet area and obviously she couldn't have predicted this but she should've pointed out that the walls are thin! Not coming back here. Spacious rooms but who cares when you want to rest and are able to hear other guests through the walls and ceiling.
