Saw the reviews and had to stop for late lunch. Before heading back to the hotel. The place has a nice tropical ambiance with trees inside and rustic wooden decks and tables. Casual and nice setting. They quickly seated our party of 8 and provided good service. They offer WiFi so that was also nice. One other thoughtful amenity was that they had an electrical outlets on both sides of each table so we could charge our phones. Very much appreciated that since many of us were running low on battery. The salad was delicious but the pizza...OMG it sooo good!! We ordered the Pinky Warrior which stole the show so we ended ordering it again. The other pizza was also delicious...but the Pinky Warrior was exceptional. The dough was fantastic and complimented the toppings very well. Word of advice though, ask for the Serrano Chiles on the side as they are super spicy...and I mean really spicy!! The pizza was excellent as was the margarita. I loved it but at 75 I rarely drink alcohol these days.. I finished it and as I rose from the table my legs gave out from under me. I think the two women at the table next door first came to my rescue, followed by one or two others. I was on a tour which took us here. The menu was set. I chose the portobello burger which came with fries. The bread was excellent. It seems like they bake their own bread. I'm not particularly interested in a mushroom burger but it was the only vegetarian choice we were offered. The burger came with bell peppers which I don't like either. The fries were excellent and seemed homemade. Customer service was great. The ice cream was artisanal. It was delicious. It's the best chocolate and vanilla ice cream I've ever had. We order a pizza that was good but we order some milanesas first four orders they came and told us that they had only enough for 3 which was ok but our 3 i 1 came cold and the others salty some times in mexico is hard to ask when food is wrong there is no culture of client satisfaction so will just let it go and give them a chance the environment is nice and they deserve a second chance !! Very close to Frida Kahlo's museum, this is a great little spot for enjoying some good food, drinks, and on Wednesday, Jazz. Ambiance/Service: The spot is really cool. The main floor inside is a little simple, but the outside on the bottom is really nice and the upstairs is awesome. The service is also very friendly and fast. They also play jazz on Wednesdays in the back room which was really fun. Food/Drinks: This place has some really good food. We had some pizza here along with one of their salads and both were really good. Their drink selection is also massive. They have about 15 beers on draft and tons of bottles around the world. Definitely worth checking out if you are near Frida Kahlo and not up for Mexican food. read more

I visit Centenario 107 almost every time I go to Coyoacán because I love its food, atmosphere and prices. It's a great place to hang out with friends and/or family. I've also taken foreigners there and they all seem to like it! This time during the pandemic I decided to order some pizzas for a special lunch with my family on New Year's Eve. For 3 people we ordered 2 oven-baked pizzas, the Anita salad and the Nutella pizza. The Centenario 107 pizza was amazing! The mix of nuts, hoja Santa, spinach, gorgonzola and mozzarella was perfect and definitely surprised me. I also liked pizza Pablo with mushrooms. Oh and the Nutella pizza with strawberries is definitely a must. I'm glad I was able to eat their food even during the pandemic. If you are in Coyoacán and want to get away of the craziness of the main plaza this is the place to go! Although during normal times it used to be usually full. read more

Here is one of my proposals for what could you do after paying a visit to the National Cinematheque: Leave your car and taxis alone. You´ll soon realize walking is almost stress free, plus educational. Maybe if we all experience again how to be a pedestrian in this crazy city, we´ll be more respectful of each other's time, experiences, and lifes. My point is that "Centenario 107" is just 4 streets away from that emblematic precint dedicated to the Seventh Arts. Once in here you´ll feel the easy going ambiance. The nature accents of the decoration are a super plus, the wide amount of artesanal beers will keep you busy trying to decide what to order (a hint; Agua Mala & Lágrimas Negras were "interesting"). The pizza was amazing, the mezcales plenty, we ended up dancing at the rhythm of "Matador". PS. Be patient if you come with a group during weekends. read more

This meal was pleasantly surprising and fulfilling at the end of a long day. We ordered the Pinky Warrior pizza with the Nosh II salad. Both were hefty with all the good ingredients and the avocado and toreados on the pizza was a perfect combination. While the sauce is a little too sweet for my taste, the meal as a whole was satisfying. This place has ample seating, interesting decor, beer on tap, and a full bar. The clean and well-stocked bathrooms were a welcome sight after walking about all day! The best service yet in Coyoacán! The menu is extensive and is sure to have something for everyone's taste ranging from salads, pizza, pasta, seafood, tacos, and more. After visiting Frida Kahlo's museum we walked to this place since it had good reviews and it was close by. Once we got there the first thing I saw was someone making pizzas in front and as I walked further inside I was greeted by the hostess and right away we got seated and given the menus. The place is a bit dark and music was playing as if you are at a bar, upbeat tempo and plenty of people talking. The menu is pretty long and it includes plenty of drinks. We ordered a pizza and a few drinks and the drinks got there fast so had a few. Tried the Pinky Warrior pizza and it was better than I expected. It is hard to listen to each other since the music was a bit loud but it was ok. I liked the décor of the place, urban and hip. The server did take some time to come around but I did not mind since I wanted to take my time eating. They do offer Wi-Fi and the password is on your table for you to use. This place has delicious pizza and a good beer selection. I tried a veggie pizza and had a brown ale. The pizza was some of the best I have had in Mexico City with a good toppings ratio and thin (but not too) thin crust. I came here on a Thursday night with a friend and it was real busy with a young, local crowd. It seems like a fun spot to hang out with a group of friends. Loved this quaint little coffee shop near Frida Kahlo's house. We were looking to have a quick bite before heading over to the museum & a local recommended this place. I had Huevos Divorciados with a little cup of black beans & it was all delicious! The "divorced" name comes from the different sauce that is poured over each egg, green & red sauce. I also ordered the Jugo Verde (green juice) which was very refreshing blend of fresh ingredients such as pineapple, nopal, celery, parsley spinach, et al. Loved it!
