PRETTY BAD EXPERIENCE. Car rented and prepaid 5 weeks in advance through Sunnycars.com 1.- When picking up the car they request another credit card since the AMEX (american express) used for booking (and full payment!!!) the car was not accepted at their Alicante airport location. 2.-Provided another credit card (from my travel partner), but as they needed the credit card used to be on the contract I could only get the (already paid) rental car when they would charge an extra driver fee. Strangely enough the additional driver did not have to sign the contract nor a hard copy was given. 3.-Requested an official consumer complaint form (mandatory to have by law in every business in Spain), they give an internal suggestion form instead so the complaint would not be officially registered. Only after clearly stating for the third time I wanted an official complaint form it was provided. 4.- The car, well I might be a little critical after these experiences before, but the windshield cleaning liquid was low (alarm on dashboard), dust on the inside of the car, fingerprints on the window on the inside.
