I was able to order delivery from UberEats and the food was packed very well with syran wrap and delivered with no spillage. I ordered the grilled octopus which came with roasted potatoes that I saved for breakfast the next day and the lasagna was exactly the comfort food I needed. My husband and I visited Guanajuato to experience the Day of the Dead festivities, highly recommend. I loved the city so much but after days of Mexican food, we needed a break. Cent'Anni was perrrrrrfect. First, they had a Drag Show event the evening we stopped in, without reservations. We didn't want to partake in the show, only wanted to eat. The hostess and other staff made an arrangement to seat us up on the top, open level area. It was like we had a private dining experience with our own waitstaff. Amazing! We got the tomato caprese salad to start, the presentation was gorgeous, and the cheese and pesto were both delicious. Then we opted to split two entrees, the Spaghetti Regina, simple white wine sauce with pasta and shrimp, very clean and fresh. Which paired well with the Cent'Anni pizza we got, which had goat cheese, caramelized onion and pepperoni. This is an amazing place...The food, service, and atmosphere are the best! The table side service (food prepared at your table side) is really fun to watch. The food: Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo, Cesar Salad and Spaghetti were well prepared and worth every penny!!! Our server was really friendly and created great conversation and suggested places to see in SMA. She also explained although a server- she is preparing to be a chef -she was seriously meticulous on her presentation and providing a pleasant and professional service. The Food, Service were exceptional- yet as a person who loves to seek interior design - this place did not spare any detail to create such an amazing mix of pre-colonial design and tasteful modernism. Only negative for us(Personally disliked the Rock & Roll fotos and music being played) yet was stated by our server- the owner loves Rock & Roll music. I had 2 glasses of Chardonnay/Pinot Grigio from France. Then I split the Cent'anni salad with goat cheese and walnuts and apples. Then the fettuccine with gobs of mushrooms and marscapone cheese. Absolutely fabulous! Buddy had another fettuchini and 2 ice cold Victorias. Our friends has a 2 seasons pizza with 4 different items on it which I forgot to notice, but they ate one and ordered a second on. They said it was fabulous! Total was 442 pesos or, at this exchange rate, approx $25 US for us. I think theirs, with 4 beers and 2 pizzas was maybe about the same. A good deal, really. What a fun spot! The rooftop dining is gorgeous and the live music downstairs is a blast! Probably the best Beatles cover band I have ever heard. After dinner danced the night away and was in a trance from the entertainment. The food itself was impressive for Italian in Mexico- I didn't know what to expect. The squid ink pasta was a little too rich. But the prosciutto pizza was delicious and I think my favorite part was the artichoke appetizer with creamy fondu sauce- wow!!! I'm happy I'm the first to review this restaurant! I love that! In the middle of San Miguel de Allende, sits this spot right off the park. We were wandering around town A LOT looking for something that I saw in a store the day before but neither one of us could remember exactly which store so we ended up pretty much visiting every store until I found it... then, decided I didn't want to buy it LOL Anyways... we ended up working up an appetite and thirst and decided to try this place. It was dead. Being midway between lunch and dinner, we basically had our choice of any seat in the restaurant. The décor was stylish and very modern and the tables were nicely set. I was almost hoping that we would have been able to be there for dinner but had other plans outside of town. We were seated and began to review their menu. We ordered our drinks and none too soon did they arrive because I was parched. We decided to order pizza and I was skeptical because not being my go to pizza place at home, you never know what you'll get but there were a lot of interesting options on the menu. We ordered an appetizer of bruschetta and the pizza in which we opted for shrimp. The appetizer arrived and was excellent. Tomatoes were fresh and red with just the right amount of basil and olive oil. Balsamic vinegar was served on the side so you could add as you please. I was still starving afterward but at least my pangs were lessening I mean it was an appetizer lol. Then, our pizza arrived. Very hot and placed on its stand ( I guess that's what you call those elevated places to sit the hot pan. I have to admit, this was one of the best pizza's I've had out at a restaurant. The crust was tortilla thin and very crispy. The sauce was perfect and the ingredients were very fresh. The wait staff was attentive, professional and friendly and I was more than satisfied with the food and next time I'm in town, I will DEFINTELY be back but that will be for dinner. I saw some very good recent reviews and i thought it was going to be a good option, however it was disappointing, we ordered the risotto with porcini and arugula salad. The risotto was Ok, nothing spectacular, nevertheless the arugula salad had a very bad quality and appearance: the tomatoes were in very bad shape (photo shown), they were not fresh whatsoever and it had black olive slices that reminded me of a subway place, the only difference is that this was a 185pesos salad (the bad part). This is an overpriced place that in my opinion is best for drinks and nightlife but definitely not a good place to eat. read more

Had lunch yesterday- Saturday at 2:30. Restaurant almost empty. Nice pictures of rock stars on the wall.Stage in the middle for Fri and Sat 11 pm music show ( 70s music covers ). Caesar salad was prepared table side , but all the ingredients ( including raw egg ) were room temperature and I had an upset stomach all night long. Mushroom risotto and fried calamari were very good. Service friendly but very slow. Most of the staff speaks English. Managements needs to check on food safety. No salads again at this place for me, but I will go back. read more

Based on recent review I went here on 16 August expecting a Wednesday food and drink discount, but it apparently does not exist anymore. The thin crust pizza was excellent, but my wife's octopus was not too tasty. The atmosphere and service were good, but the prices are very high for this town. Wow. Wow. We came here because Mare Nostrum was booked. The hostess said there was room, when I came back with my husband she sat us at a lounge table in front of a guy that was warming up on the drums. This was in an empty restaurant. We asked if there was something else - I like my plate to be above my knees. She said it was this or outside. We said ok . . . She took us up to this great balcony. It's got an amazing ambience and it was pretty empty. We sat up there. The table was tippy. Do people who work in restaurants not notice these things or just not care? The wait staff ignored us. I got their attention and we got drink menus. We asked for the food menus and got some. We ordered and noticed the table that arrived after us got a dinner specials menu that we never saw. The salad we were sharing arrived at the same time as our meals quite a while later. They plunked it down and left. No utensils to divide the salad and who brings salad with the entree? It was ok. Just ok. I had almost cold spaghetti (it was ok, would have been better with a spoon to eat it with) with rock hard over-cooked shrimp. My husband had a laughably small portion of gnocchi. They never offered either of us another drink. They seemed honestly surprised we didn't tip better. What was supposed to be a treat, was our worst meal in San Miguel de Allende. Seriously, everything else we've eaten here has been great. Maybe have a cocktail here but don't eat. For what you're paying you can eat twice at way better restaurants. read more

This place a great find for me and my family. This was our first time visiting San Miguel De Allende and we needed to get some food and take a break from the heat. We were greeted and seated almost immediately upon entering. The menu had lots of options and the weight staff is very accommodating to my mother who needed an umbrella moved because the sun was in her face. We ordered lots of different small pizzas along with some starters. Everything tasted great and the staff checks on you often. My favorite was the burrato pizza and the calzone but everyone loved their meal. I would definitely recommend this place for eating a meal or just enjoying a cocktail at the bar. read more

We were looking for a good restaurant in San Miguel on a Monday night when most restaurants are closed. I was excited to see the yelp ratings were high for this restaurant so I recommended it to my friends. Two of us ordered the lobster linguine and the other vegetable linguine, for starters we did the minestrone soup in the tomato soup. The service was excellent unfortunately the meal was mediocre. The pasta sauce was dry but flavorful. My friends did not finish their dinner and the manager of politely took their meals off the bill. It's a class place but we hit on an off night. So at first when we found this place the yelp listing said it was closed, but we decided to call them since we noticed they had not yet claimed their page. As it turns our they were open, so we sauntered over for an early dinner. The place was quiet at the time so we chose two bar stools and ordered up some food from our very friendly wait staff. The interior decor is music themed with lots of pics from past and present artist, the space is in a very old historical building with high vaulted ceilings. There is rooftop dining but it was cold so we opted out. We ordered some beers and a glass of Italien Pinot Grigio. For starters we shared a wedge blue cheese salad (the waiter kindly advised us it was big enough for two) and a squid ink pasta, the house specialty Lobster risotto and a 4 cheese pizza. The waitstaff happily chatted us up (in both english and spanish), and the food came at a perfect pace, letting us enjoy our relaxing moment and checking with us to see if we were ready for the next course. The salad as promised was very big and dressed nicely (we were even offered extra dressing which is a nice touch). The squid ink pasta was good and perfectly al dente as well but just a tad saltier than we would have made it. (the waiter asked for feedback so be sure to speak up if anything is a miss) The risotto was very good (we make our own all the time so we are pretty picky), the pizza was also surprisingly tasty, it came with a perfectly crispy tasty thin crust, and lots of cheese. I may have wanted a little more sauce but it was more of a white pizza kinda thing. I highly recommend this place and will be back on our return trip to this city, enjoy. read more
