Buyer beware! I booked and paid for DJ services in full a year before my event. DJ flaked on me several times when trying to arrange a meeting at the venue, however I still booked him. Unfortunately, Covid hit and I had no choice but to reschedule the wedding twice due to restrictions. 2 months prior to the event I attempted to get in touch with the DJ to no avail. I send messages to 4 facebook accounts, sent an email to his personal account, called numerous times for weeks and got no answer and because the voicemail was full couldn't leave a message. In the end I had no choice but to hire a second DJ. Mr. Tig Bigler finally called me 1 week before the wedding to touch bases, very unprofessional. I informed him I had already hired and paid for a second DJ and no longer wished for to provide DJ services at the wedding. When I inquired about a refund I was told it was non-refundable because I signed a contract (normally deposits are non-refundable). I asked him to send me a copy of the contract because he has never provided it to me prior, that was 2 weeks ago and surprise I haven't received a copy of the contract. He also stated to me that I cost him money by postponing my event, wow, I didn't know I was solely responsible for the Covid Pandemic! Unprofessional all the way around, BUYER BEWARE! read more
