He spent almost 2 hours retrieving data and moving it out of the old boost phone to the new cell phone we purchased for my husband. During our time there we enjoyed comical conversations between the 3 sales associates working that night. I would highly recommend this establishment for your wireless needs they recommended a better phone model for my husband and we didn't have to spend a arm and a leg to get what we wanted. Called the store and explained the situation to the rep she stated still didn't have the charger. Inquired about a refund, she stated they didn't do that. She then said the owner was there. Immediately went to the store since we were across the street. Guess what no owner was present. Explained the situation to the rep . she texted the owner and then she basically stated it was our fault they sold us the wrong item and it was our fault that we were beyond they're exchange window.
