We received the most amazing customer service from Blaine McDonald I've ever received in a verizon store. He spent almost 2 hours retrieving data and moving it out of the old boost phone to the new cell phone we purchased for my husband. During our time there we enjoyed comical conversations between the 3 sales associates working that night. I would highly recommend this establishment for your wireless needs they recommended a better phone model for my husband and we didn't have to spend a arm and a leg to get what we wanted. Informed they were to receive stock over the weekend. Returned the following monday. Still no charger. Rep took my wifes name and number stated she would call when it came in. Never got a call back. Called the store and explained the situation to the rep she stated still didn't have the charger. Inquired about a refund, she stated they didn't do that. She then said the owner was there. Immediately went to the store since we were across the street. Guess what no owner was present. Explained the situation to the rep . she texted the owner and then she basically stated it was our fault they sold us the wrong item and it was our fault that we were beyond they're exchange window. Mind you it was only 10.00 but that is not the point.previous interactions here have been great sadly we will not return. Just felt lied to and disrespected. Long time boost customers.

They explained all of my options I was originally coming in there for a load priced phone. But after thoroughly examining all of the options that was presented to me I decided to go with the upper and model for not that much more money. They were not pushy like sales people. When we asked about iphones, he pointed to the bank of phones but would not walk over and explain or discuss. We were polite but he was extremely, discourteous for a sales person. He chatted with other employees but ignored us unless we directly asked a question, and then he was curt and unwilling to make eye contact. I was extremely angry, and as my husband was a long-term ATT employee disgusted at the way he represented the company. Will not ever ever use this store again. Unbelievable.
