Someone told me to check this place out and I'm glad I listened. Alper was the one helping me and somehow got the phone working long enough to transfer everything over to my new phone. I checked in again and Heather said, "Yeah it could be fixed, it's a simple case of screen replacement." She ordered the screen (she did not have it with her) and in 2-3 days, I checked again, and it was available, went there, and in 10-15 minutes she fixed it. it's been 7-8 days and though it's nonbrand, it's working fine. She also gave a warranty for 1 month so I am keeping an eye if anything goes wrong. Overall, good communication, and service by Heather.
