This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a Telus location. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and completely uninterested in supporting customers. It felt like they were there to upsell or charge for basic assistance rather than actually help. At one point, I was even told I had to pay just to be shown simple options that are already available on the Telus website. That alone was unbelievable. Instead of guiding customers, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Telus store or a different provider altogether. I will never return to this location.

The earliest appointment they could get for me was a week after my move. The appointment was scheduled for between 8am-9am. The technician showed up at 12:30, had no idea how to do the service, despite the entire building being wired for Telus. The next available appointment was a week later, putting me at 2 weeks without a service that I am paying for. I have currently been on the phone, passed around from agent to agent for 1.5 hours and still no resolution, after already speaking with them on 3 other occasions regarding this matter. They told me yesterday that they will have a technician come out today and that technician cancelled on me very last minute, prompting my call back to them today. I have received several different explanations as to why there have been so many delays. I have never experienced such a terrible client experience. I have asked to cancel my service and they told me I would need to pay over $300 in fees if I want to do that- for a service I am currently not receiving. Unfortunately there is a lack of internet providers in my province and I am stuck with one of two terrible options. Telus should really reevaluate how they choose to do business.

I sent the same message about my problem to multiple businesses that do the same repair work, and the answers ranged from 'looks like your screen is broken' to 'we don't stock screens for your phone.' He gave me updates as to when the part will be available, when it would be ready but also what hours his business is open. Clearly Andy gets my money. Customer service is simple.

The place…read moreisn't far from Gateway and 34, but is a little hidden in the upper level of a small shopping plaza type row of stores. You go in the front door and straight up a rather steep flight of stairs, where you'll find a couple of counters and phone accessory displays. One lone guy was working that Sunday but he was happy to help. I have an iPhone 6S which is a few years old now, but they nonetheless had different colours of replacement screen in stock, and he quoted me a great price to do the replacement. Unfortunately he'd injured his wrist recently so said he'd take a little longer than normal, but I left the phone with him for an hour and went to do some shopping over on Gateway and it was all done by the time I came back. Super helpful and friendly service, good prices, and they seem to keep a good stock selection of spare screens too. He even threw in a tempered glass protector for free. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing replacement phone glass, and although I hope I won't need another replacement any time soon, I'll certainly go back if I do need a new screen again. Two thumbs up!
