It took longer than expected. The young man doing the repair asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in an hour and he still wasn't done and he seemed almost annoyed that Id come back. I left and came back an hour later. The repair was completed but the screen does not fit exactly like before. Its a small difference, but it isn't flush with the bezel and you can tell when looking at it from the side. Okay but not great.

They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!

I took it to the Apple Store in Kenwood Towne Center and they stated the entire inside needed fixed at the tune of $560. I called CPR and the two guys working were so nice and helpful and insisted I bring it in. Within 30 minutes of them looking at my phone they had it on and stated I needed a new battery. $150 later I had my phone working and back in my possession (only took an hour or so). This was so special because I was devastated I lost all of my pictures of my dog who recently passed but CPR saved the day!!
