We came to Mt Clemens for dinner specifically to check out this winery. It was a quiet night in Mt Clemens even for a sat. I'm guessing our recent snow storm had people staying in for the weekend. The atmosphere was so charming. First of all the space is much larger than I would have thought. Secondly it's decorated beautifully! Very cozy and romantic setting. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by the owner. He explained everything about the wine. Where the juice comes from and all of steps they go through to make it. We were given a menu to choose our tastings from. I chose a Malbec, nebbiolo, Pinot noir, and merlot. You get tastings of all four and then you choose what you'd like for a glass of wine at the end. I went with nebbiolo at the end and he chose the Malbec. It's $24 for the tasting which includes your glass at the end. It's worth it because it's $10/glass. They don't serve food but they have charcuterie boards which looked lovely. We felt very welcome here and will likely make this a stop at the end of our evening again in the future.

We are every last bite of this charcuterie tray, it was perfect with our wine tasting.

The establishment creates a nice hybrid space giving the ambiance of a retail store and a tasting experience. We were the only party in attendance for most of the time. Jen, the sole employee at the time, was helpful, attentive and personable. (Note: we arrived around 4 on a Thursday, so we didn't expect it to be busy.) There was a really broad range of available wines of many different varieties. Being from another state, I was impressed to find that Michigan had so many styles to offer, even Cabs and Pinot Noir most often associated with lower latitudes. We went with the flight options giving us 3, 3oz pours for the price of a nice, full glass of wine. At the time, our table really enjoyed the oaked Chardonnay and a Malbec. We took advantage of the $5 coupon that comes with the flight by purchasing a few bottles when we left. Snack options were available. We enjoyed a baguette with some goat cream cheese. Another item was our first choice, but they were out. We also enjoyed the cashews. If you are looking for a full meal, lunch or dinner, you can order in from DoorDash -- the sky is the limit! Overall, enjoyable experience to share with friends and loved one! Overall rating - 3.75. (Note: it's hard for me to go 4 or higher just because this is missing the winery "feel." That has nothing to do with this place, but more my preference.)

New landscapes of flavors are married, from saffron and blueberry to black garlic and cocoa, and many more. We went for trivia and expected it to be the same as always, unfortunately it was not. They erased our points we've earned for a free glass, these are no longer honored. The menu has significantly changed: flights are $2-$3 more, no longer include flight bites, an upcharge for premium pours (which is understandable), no longer has a $5 bottle credit, and each glass is now $3-$5 more per pour. Why did you have to make every last item on the menu more expensive? I understand that the economy and inflation contribute to these things, but to increase the price and get less on everything throughout the menu plus not honor points earned for a free glass is a slap in the face. I'm just crushed at the blatant disrespect for the regulars that come every week for trivia or other events, no warning. Our trivia night just got a whole lot more expensive and we will be looking at other locations with more reasonably priced beverages and snacks. I hope they still allow us to bring in our own food, they did this week but who knows if that will also change. The staff seemed stressed telling us the new rules as well.
