I had the same dish at the Troy location and it was covered in a flavorful sauce and was not dry. I left most of it unfinished and chose not to tell the server about it, but was disappointed. Thank goodness for ordering an appetizer! My friend had the Dana's Parmesan Chicken and said it was exceptionally delicious. Our server gets an A+ for making sure we enjoyed our meal. He was attentive, made great recommendations and checked in with us throughout. However when I go to the Troy location, we are always offered to sample the featured wine of the month before ordering our drinks and wasn't here. I don't even know what the feature wine of March is because it wasn't even mentioned by our server.
