Dropped in to get an iPad screen repaired and an iPhone 5 screen replaced. Akash is the owner of the shop and very courteous. The devices belonged to my kids so I made them do the talking. If I could give zero stars I would. The "gentleman" at the location asked how he could help but then when I was trying to explain to him what I was looking for he would interrupt and suggest something else. As I was trying to tell him again that I was looking for a magnetic case he tells me "oh, I can add a magnet". I told him that I didn't wish to stick a magnet to my phone. I was looking for a magnetic case. He then turned away from me and walked away and told me "I don't have what you're looking for here". As I was leaving the store he muttered something under his breath. Needless to say. I won't be giving them my money. I'd rather find what I want without the hassle on amazon. read more

I reached out to this location due to being sold fake apple products from another store. When I called and asked for a manager the person who answered said, "what do you need?" , I repeated that I would like to speak to a manager , he continued to ask what for. I decided he was the manager and was afraid to admit it do I began telling him what happened to me . He stopped me mid sentence and said, " I don't know why your harassing me! I didn't $&@ sell you anything! , I said I'm just letting you know do you can tell the owner. He started cussing me out and yelling. He then hung up on me. As I sat there in disbelief of the horrible way I was just spoken to I received a call from a different number. It was him and he was cussing again. He told me I was the dumb mother$&@ who bought AirPods for $50 so I deserved it! Lol I actually bought them for $100 each but that's not the point. Akash is so professional, helpful, and certainly knows what he's doing. I brought my phone there twice for repair and he did an excellent job both times. He kept me updated on the status of my repair and contacted me when it was ready for pickup . The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back for future repairs. read more

I had my cracked screen replaced on Wednesday evening, and by Friday morning, the cheap replacement screen resulted damaged I have no clue how. The phone was never dropped, but it looks like it has a line through the inside on the left bottom corner that you cannot feel physically. I read a similar review from this same place that the woman's screen cracked from her pocket as she bent down, as in VERY cheap glass replacement. The same salesman (owner) that replaced my screen was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He called me a liar and said I damaged my phone. I told him there was no way the phone was dropped. When I told him I wasn't happy about the quality of the screen, he started raising his voice and offending me in front of my family. He started going off on how he only uses the very best. This screen comes NOTHING close to the iPhone glass. My son is a skater, he's fallen too many times with an iPhone 7 Plus that he's owned for 5 years in his pocket and still NOT a crack. I had 3 years with my iPhone 8 Plus crack free without a screen protector. Suddenly with this screen, it only lasted 1.5 days without it even being dropped. I asked him if he could please be respectful and lower his voice, that he didn't have to shout at me since I was right across him. My husband told him he didn't have to act disrespectful towards me. He slammed the pen on the table and crossed his arms and shouted at both of us that he was not going to allow for somebody to disrespect the quality of his product in his store. We walked out. He continued to shout out offensive things to our backs as we were walking out. I forgot my drink inside. He walked out and put it on top of the trash can still shouting at us not just in front of my family now, but in front of ALL the mall customers that were walking by. NEVER again will I be doing business there nor will I recommend ANYBODY to get serviced there. I DEFINITELY wanted to leave a very thorough review about my experience and the poor treatment I received as a heads up for you all. I wish I would have read them before going there. I am still in shock at how unprofessional and disrespectful this sneaky person was. NEVER in my life have I been disrespected the way he did and to top it off in FRONT OF MY FAMILY. I wish I would have received the quality and customer service I over paid for and deserved. I have insurance on my iPhone8. I should have just gotten an entire new phone for the same price.
