I…read moredropped my Blackberry a few times, and it perhaps was damaged in various other ways, so both the original ball and the circular thing that surrounds it needed to be fixed or replaced. This is the first place I visited to have it looked at. The ball was repaired/replaced, though I believe I was charged $30-something, or perhaps $40. That seemed pretty steep to me, but the fixed phone worked just as well as the original, so I didn't mind much. Since I'm a little bit of a klutz, I ended up damaging the repaired phone at some later point and had to come back here for a 2nd repair. The second fix also cost just as much, if not more than, the 1st. I still paid for it, though I now am avoiding future repairs to the Blackberry thanks to my switch to iPhone. The store sells various phones and phone accessories. The people who repaired the Blackberry during my visits worked quickly and efficiently and were helpful. The price of the repairs did catch me off guard, though. I was not expecting that, especially the first time I was here. This store is located across Fairbanks Ave. from Fiddler's and next door to Winter Park Cleaners. The business now may be called We Fix Phones - I'm unsure if AAA City Communications remains its official name. (The signage above the front door reads "We Fix Phones" - some advertising signs on the sidewalk outside also suggest that it goes by that name.) I tried to look up this business on Yelp this afternoon but could not find it, so I Googled its phone number. That led me to a MySpace link, which suggested that the business' name was/is AAA City Communications ... and that's how I came to write a review here. No matter the exact name, this place should be able to help you with cell phone repairs, though I'm unsure of the rates other than what is charged for a new Blackberry roller ball.

After Apple repaired my screen a few months ago the screen became insensitive and sticky so u unknowingly changed my way of use. So when I got a new super sensitive screen here I kept messing up thinking the phone was messing up it was me not used to such quality anymore. Within 30 minutes, Javier had fixed my terribly cracked screen and even hooked me with with a tempered glass screen protector! Jimmy quoted $230, and then ordered parts and called me 2 days later to do the repair. Took about an hour, and was told if there were any problems just let him know. He's english isn't very good, but I told him I will check when I get back from the shop and put a screen protector on. Repair was done 1/12, as of this morning 2/26, a spider like crack is again, all over the screen. No damage to the phone, not dropped, thrown, mishandled anything. Jimmy doesn't want to honor any repair, any replacement, discount, anything. The part was most likely a second hand defect replacement part, and now a phone I picked up 2+ years ago... has a cracked screen for a 2nd time. Not to mention the obvious pry marks on the bottom right of my phone from where Jimmy pulled off the original cracked screen that he ignored when I brought to his attention after getting the phone back and looking at it for several days. Not happy about the outcome at all, and it was my fault for opting to go with a nobody repair place that I've never heard of. Phone screens don't just crack by themselves agreed, but they also just don't stop being predictably usable after a few weeks of very light use and travel from a desk to a table. Cannot recommend this place nor the owner. Extremely disappointed.

I originally went to Ubreakifix and they said they didn't carry it and they'd have to order the part, so I'd be out of a camera for vacation! I called ALL OVER ORLANDO and no one carried the part, except here. I spoke to Andrew and he put the part on hold for me for the next morning since they were about to close. It was about 30 minutes from my side of town, but I drove out and Andrew fixed my phone the next morning, and for less than anywhere else!! Score! I had my rear camera for my vacation and was able to take lots of pictures! Unfortunately, the new camera they put in shorted out my front camera on the phone. I didn't notice until after they closed and I was leaving the next morning, so I couldn't get it fixed. No biggie, just less selfies.‍ I called while gone and Adam told me to bring it back when I got in town. I took my phone back and Adam figured out it was shorted, replaced the rear camera with another one that wasn't defective, AND replaced my screen protector, for no charge!!!! These guys are awesome, they have great customer service, and I will be going here with all my phone needs even though they are across town. Thanks for the great experience guys!

We were greeted warmly and the person behind the counter was able to explain everything we needed to know. Luckily it was only the top glass that had broken and it would only take 30-45 minutes to repair. We left our phone and returned after enjoying many of the other shops in the area. They had our phone ready as promised. We unlocked the phone and they ran a series of tests to ensure everything was working. Our receipt had a checklist of several things that he checked off one by one. We were able to fully inspect the phone and encouraged to test everything ourselves before making our payment.
