Get home, open the Bag and package only to find out they had sold me a surface laptop instead of the surface pro after stating/checking multiples times that it had the detachable keyboard.... And Best Buy's solutions to this head ache " we can order one, it will be about 5 days. Anyone can order one online for cheaper then Best Buy and get it faster. The point in going to a physical store is to walk out with the product in hand, especially when your inventory says the item is in stock.
