We bought…read morea brand new hot tub with a faulty lid which leaked 2 gallons a day and it took him four months to get there to replace it after over 20 phone calls. We had the hot tub inside and it caused significant property damage. We took paradise spas to small claims. James Baker tried to blame it on our negligence of not having an exhaust fan. I recorded audio of one time he was there which conflicted him trying to blame it on us. We won in court. I've reached out to the owner Jason Nelson four times, trying to be civil about all this, but haven't heard nothing from him. I have been more then patient and gave them numerous chances to make this right so I don't have to go on Valley New/Whistleblower and share the truth about our experience. They still haven't paid! We have had our hot tub for almost two months now and have yet to receive our stairs, or the $500 they stole from us by changing the signed contract. Communication is non-existent and when you do get in touch with somebody, they have no answers or tell you Jason has to answer that and they take a message...a message that never gets answered. I would not recommend buying from this company, as soon as you sign on the dotted line, they begin ignoring you and your questions. VERY poor service.
