I also appreciate that Slumberland doesn't employ the kinds of salespeople found at other furniture stores in the Minot area. Having to listen to racist and low class gossip from the mouths of people who should know better leaves a bad taste in the mouth, as a potential purchaser of furniture. I purchased a lounge chair that we enjoy so much and I feel even better using it knowing that my money supported an ethical and well run business.

Bought a mattress, was told it would be available for pick up the next day and I would receive a…read morephone call for it. The next day comes, I waited until around 3 before deciding to call myself, to which I was told they'd reach out in about an hour when the shipping truck came in. I waited 4 more hours before driving over to the store myself only for them to be closed an hour and a half before their listed closing time. I had to go out of town for work so the next day my wife went in and they acted like this was completely normal. Absolute garbage.

She took time to explain everything, answered all our questions and asked 1 time if we wanted the accessories but did not hard sell us when we said no. She let us try out the model beds in a variety of firmness. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and the price she told us was the price we paid. Grandma Loves her adjustable bed, and it was affordable. Very professional and pleasantly knowledgeable of all their beds and mattresses.

I returned the bed frame, but still have to pay for the broken mattress. My son did NOT jump on the bed. The mattress was not made to hold a bigger kid. When signing the lease contract, the store manager never went over what type of mattress or any details. If I had known, I would have went with a different type of bed vs. wasting my time and money. My son is a growing teenager and that type of bed is not meant for such. It is made for an average smaller kid. Also, when the delivery employees came to pick up the bed frame they damaged the apartment walls in 2 different spots. Now I'll have to pay for that damage out of my own pocket even though the store manager was sent photos for proof! We just moved into the apartment, so those damaged spots were not there prior. Also, the communication from the staff at Aaron's is very poor throughout. In my experience, Aaron's sells cheap quality furniture for high cost. Overall, I'll never choose Aaron's again!
