    I have never given a review with less than 4 stars but this business needs to look at their…read morecustomer service and policies. Despite getting recommendations for other places that cost much less, I took my damaged iPhone 4 here for a new case. I had to pay upfront, was not told when the parts came in, waited months to have it done, and was sorely inconvenienced in the process. I was told several times to drop my phone off overnight as if I couldn't possibly need it. Most businesses have such items in stock at all times. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the part to come in if they had been able to accommodate me by letting me drop it off for an hour or so in an afternoon. Nope, you must drop it off at 8:30 am. The second time I needed a new case I had it fixed at the Dakota Square Mall for about half what I paid to wait and be inconvenienced. I shopped for 20 minutes while they popped on the new case. I attempted to explain how much I wished Bitz had tried to work with me to no avail as I walked out with my first new case. Lesson learned, at least by me.

They are a family-owned, Minot-centric business and I often see them supporting positive community activities.

    This was by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customer anywhere in my entire life. 45…read moreminutes in the store being ignored by employees it told they will be rite back just to see them in another section helping new customers to never return, went to customer service desk to ask for help and was told " we're having an issue with one of the cages so no one can help you ". Another 15 minutes a employees finally acknowledges my existence and ask if I need help to witch I respond " yes I'm trying to buy a surface with the detachable keyboard " immediately walks past me to a lady and starts helping her instead. Another employee comes over finally helps and I am extremly clear that I do not care about price I just need whatever surface they have in stock that has the removable keyboard since I just need the tablet feature.... Tells me the only one they have is 1200. I say I'll take it and I finally depart Best Buy after almost 2 hrs. Get home, open the Bag and package only to find out they had sold me a surface laptop instead of the surface pro after stating/checking multiples times that it had the detachable keyboard.... And Best Buy's solutions to this head ache " we can order one, it will be about 5 days. Anyone can order one online for cheaper then Best Buy and get it faster. The point in going to a physical store is to walk out with the product in hand, especially when your inventory says the item is in stock. The point is not to waste hrs in the store just to be told it has to now be ordered online

The service counter was no better, the guy helping us was not even listening to the questions my husband had, it was like talking to a brick wall, sorry to say that, but it's the truth. had I asked him to repeat what my husband asked he would not have been able to answer. he called another person to help which he did. what a circus! I am so glad we will not be ordering it thought the Minot Store. I think your staff need a shake up, wake up, do your jobs! never will we step foot in Minots store. SAD!!!!
