I was told several times to drop my phone off overnight as if I couldn't possibly need it. Most businesses have such items in stock at all times. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the part to come in if they had been able to accommodate me by letting me drop it off for an hour or so in an afternoon. Nope, you must drop it off at 8:30 am.
