Trying to rebuild my cpu, kids running amuck, could not concentrate, gave up and took it in to this…read moreplace to get it fixed, only problem I had was trying to hook the new case up to a motherboard I had lost documentation for, I requested they add new thermal paste, and hook the board up correctly, that was it, after 6 days I called and told them I was getting my system back even if they were not done, come to find out, they did not put new thermal paste on, they did hook the motherboard up correctly, and then for some reason they reset all my bios settings back to default, this cost 120$, I had to bring the system home, buy new thermal paste to correct that issue, and spent a good sold hour fixing my bios settings, last time I spend any money with these guys

As Best Buy Total Member I wanted to use Best Buy. Against…read moremy better judgement I bought a washer dryer. When They rang me up and was charging me for take away. I told them it was supposed to free. and was on the website. The sales guy was ready to fight me physically over this. Loud voice: "PROVE IT WE HAVE NEVR DONE THAT". So I pulled out my phone went to the Best Buy Web site an showed it to him. It doest stop there! We scheduled a delivery 6 days away. On the day of delivery I got several updates first promising a window of 9:00 to 11:00 and the appointment kept pushing back and back. I finally got a hold of guy who said we will be there at 7:30 tonight . At 9:00 I finally got ahold of them again "Oh were are not coming". No call back for 4 days, By then I was at my home out of state. I am canceling the order and going to Karl's PS called the district manager 3 weeks ago and still have not received a call.

Another 15 minutes a employees finally acknowledges my existence and ask if I need help to witch I respond " yes I'm trying to buy a surface with the detachable keyboard " immediately walks past me to a lady and starts helping her instead. Another employee comes over finally helps and I am extremly clear that I do not care about price I just need whatever surface they have in stock that has the removable keyboard since I just need the tablet feature.... Tells me the only one they have is 1200. I say I'll take it and I finally depart Best Buy after almost 2 hrs. Get home, open the Bag and package only to find out they had sold me a surface laptop instead of the surface pro after stating/checking multiples times that it had the detachable keyboard.... And Best Buy's solutions to this head ache " we can order one, it will be about 5 days. Anyone can order one online for cheaper then Best Buy and get it faster. The point in going to a physical store is to walk out with the product in hand, especially when your inventory says the item is in stock. The point is not to waste hrs in the store just to be told it has to now be ordered online
