The customer service was horrible to my friend! My…read moregirlfriends and I were attending a festival here in this beautiful little city. They were looking for clothes for their fashion show. The coordinator who is Black saw some pieces hanging from across the street. She says let's go look and immediately knew what she wanted for the show. We're looking around and I was approached and greeted by a blond with straight hair who works there and my other two friends who are white were approached and greeted by the same person. The coordinator who is Black and the one spending the money was met with pure racist shade. That same customer service person looked at her didn't speak didn't greet walked right past her to ask us if we needed any help. We said no. The coordinator who is now looking for help tried to get that lady's attention but she quickly looked the other way to greet and welcome the same white people she already greeted, me being one of them. From what I noticed no one else was buying anything, just looking. We were on a mission to buy big but we just couldn't buy from here my friend was so hurt and sad she cried saying it's 2024 and yet and still! Yes yet and still.

Do not shop at Gina's clothing store in Ocean Springs. They refused to refund me for a dress I…read morebought, never worn, never washed. They were rude. When I asked again, they immediately said they will not take it back without discussion. I'd taken the dress out of the original bag a few times then decided it was not for me. I was led to believe I'd get a refund if it looked ok. I searched many times for the receipt, even emptying a huge recycle bin and found it. The top part of the dress was smoother than before due to my taking it out a few times. I said I didn't do anything wrong. They said I did. They said they would have to wash it and wring it up to produce the wrinkled dress. Why didn't they just do that? They can sell it in a heartbeat and I can't. One remembers how they are TREATED. Cute clothing does not beat good customer service. They lost considerably more money by losing my, my friend's, others' business who learn about this. They should simply refund the money and remember, "the customer is always right."
