The salesman apologized for the difference and then told her that they would include delivery, set up and taxes. So mom went to the bank and got a check made out to them and returned. When she returned there was a different person there and started to write up the sale and added all of the things that she was told would be included she that's not what she was told and asked were the person that she talk to is. She was told that he was sent home because of the things he does and he is only good to set them up. Personally will not deal with them again and plan on letting the BBB know. Sham on them for trying to take advantage of an over 70 lady that was smart enough to see what was happening.
